My daughter had an extremely disappointing experience with this driving school. We booked a single lesson to see what the service was like before committing to a package, and Iβm very glad we did.
The lesson cost $69, yet around 40 minutes was spent sitting stationary in the car while the instructor explained very basic information such as the purpose of the brake pedal, where the indicators were located, and other introductory details. While some explanation is expected, this could have been covered in a matter of minutes rather than taking up the majority of the lesson.
When my daughter finally got behind the wheel, she drove for approximately five minutes, completing just one lap around the block before the lesson ended. Paying $69 for such a minimal amount of actual driving time is incredibly poor value for money.
We booked a driving lesson expecting practical instruction, skill development, and an opportunity to build confidence on the road. Instead, most of the time was spent parked, listening to information that could have been delivered far more efficiently.
The entire experience felt like a waste of money. Had we purchased one of the companyβs lesson packages, we would have been extremely disappointed. Fortunately, we chose to try a single lesson first. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this driving school to anyone looking for quality driving instruction or value for money.

This is my third time using Galaxy Driving School. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a driving school who is professional, value for money and highly experienced driving instructors. I have recommended Galaxy to all my family and friends. They have also thanked me greatly for referring them as they have also had a great experience with Galaxy.

Had the worst experience with this place. Bhan or Ben as he is called is an odd guy, very unprofessional, complaining about his job to me over the phone before I even met him. Could barely speak English. Decided I wasn't comfortable with the unprofessionalism. They push you to pay for a package upfront.
Asked for a different instructor and was told they only have Bhan. The fact that this man is even teaching people how to drive is just bizarre.
Don't waste your money, go anywhere but them.

My instructor was absolutely amazing! Never drove before, and within few lessons, he was able to teach me a lot! Confident in driving now :)

I was a bit sceptical on booking any driving lessons regardless of what school, since I hadn't been to one before, and worrying about if I would learn anything and whether the driving instructors would be helpful especially with paying so much money for these type of services. I came across Galaxy driving school, very affordable and seems to good to be true. Gave them a call and the staff were down to earth and very friendly. Made a booking with ease depending on my schedule and their drivers availability. I had Bhan who wanted me to call him Ben for my driving instructor, and he was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot of pointers. He was very friendly and supportive, very passionate about improving his students driving. Had 8hrs with him and booked a test and passed on the first go.

Half of the reviews here are clearly fake. The pricing is too good to be true... LITERALLY! The possibility of actually getting a lesson with these guys is 1 in a million. I called dozens of times and left messages and the one time I managed to speak to someone he told me to call back the next day when he had his calendar and then no answer for weeks of contacting. Completely unprofessional. Literally would not be surprised if they aren't even actually running a proper business but need a front. Save your time and just go to someone else.

Had Mr Prasad as my teacher. He was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Got 15 hours of lessons. Passed my test the first time. Very good prices. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience with Galaxy driving school. I was a bit reluctant at first as they were so cheap but honestly could not fault them. They always returned my calls, I made all my bookings in one go with Helen, she was always on time (if not early) for every lesson. I paid for a 10 hours worth of driving lessons and passed my test first go. Would happily recommend Galaxy Driving School to everyone!

My daughter had an extremely disappointing experience with this driving school. We booked a single lesson to see what the service was like before committing to a package, and Iβm very glad we did.

Had the worst experience with this place. Bhan or Ben as he is called is an odd guy, very unprofessional, complaining about his job to me over the phone before I even met him. Could barely speak English. Decided I wasn't comfortable with the unprofessionalism. They push you to pay for a package upfront.
Asked for a different instructor and was told they only have Bhan. The fact that this man is even teaching people how to drive is just bizarre.

They always returned my calls, I made all my bookings in one go with Helen, she was always on time (if not early) for every lesson.
