I completed my tile course late last year, it was so uncomfortable and to be honest unprofessional, Brian was the instructor and I was treated as if I was dumb, also I was the only female amongst the 11 males in the open classroom which was very distracting, as people were coming and going and talking in the background found it hard to hear and understand what Brian was talking about, I wasn't taken seriously when I asked questions, also found Brian to be very rude at times.
