Excellent training facility. I recently obtained the HR synchro competency. Linda and Bronwyn were really patient and helpful with scheduling due to changing dates to suit my availability. Alan the instructor was brilliant, he puts you at ease immediately. During the day his feedback is delivered in an extremely calm and constructive manner which assists greatly in achieving a successful outcome. The course has made me feel confident that i can do the job in a safe and efficient manner. By far the best experience ive had on a training course. Great value for money. New forklift was a dream to operate. All the staff were friendly and professional. When I had problems the trainer was calm and helped me with simple explanation. highly recomend sending your drivers here for training. I will always send my employees here . Unprofessional and unmotivated staff. On Arrival of my first session with this training centre I was not greeted by staff especially by my allocated instructor who just walked in the door past me without a kind introduction or hello but instead went outside straight for a smoke waiting for the client to introduce themselves instead. As training commenced to do my course the instructor was constantly lighting a cigarette blowing smoke around me outside the truck and on training site while trying to give me instruction, which caused me to lose concentration and they were constantly rudely yelling at me for my errors without polite assertiveness causing me to fluster which resulted in further error. At the end of the training day it was a quiet anti-social drive back to the depot, where the instructor just wanted to take his money and leave with no proper handshakes.
