I will be forever grateful for Les’ kindness and patience while teaching me to drive. He made me feel confident and comfortable on the road and our lessons were always a good laugh. I passed my Ps today thanks to his help, advice and support.

I highly recommend Elite Driving School. My mother used their services back in the 80s and I have just wrapped up several lessons with Les. Les is kind and patient and provided lots of helpful tips to become a confident solo driver. I passed my ps assessment on my first attempt. Thank you Les!

I had Les take me for driving lessons when I was about to go for my Ps. I had a total of 3 lessons just to polish up before taking my test and teach me to parallel park.

I had Les take me for driving lessons when I was about to go for my Ps. I had a total of 3 lessons just to polish up before taking my test and teach me to parallel park.
He did a great job and his technique for parallel parking was easy to follow and one I will always use/remember!
When I am nervous I do better with someone who talks with me and he talked with me the whole way through yet made sure I was confident in making decisions for myself as a driver and would offer guidance or address any issues I was experiencing. He also took me to my driving test and allowed for me to do a session before the test. Passed on my first go! Better than this other woman in Hobart that I went driving with who wouldn’t talk with me and didn’t make me feel at ease.

I'm a bit conflicted about how to review this business as I had two very different experiences. My first lesson was with Shannon who was a great instructor, very patient, friendly and helpful. A few months later I booked 3 lessons with Elite to boost my confidence before sitting my Ps test and get some extra support with parking. This time my experience was quite different, I had Les as my instructor and I truly believe this man should not be allowed to teach others to drive. He had 0 patience and when I asked him for advice he would shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know you're the driver " and then would get agitated when I made mistakes. I lost a lot of confidence after these 3 lessons with Les. If you are looking for an an instructor who is aggressive and gets annoyed all the time Les is for you, otherwise make sure to ask for Shannon if using this company.

I recently had a driving lesson with Shannon, he made me feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. With Elite driving school they have given me the time and patience throughout my lessons. I feel they are very professional with that they do. I strongly recommend this company for anyone that is wanting to build confidence on the road etc. I’ll be back for more lessons! A great family owned business! 🙂

I have never dealt with such a rude person on the telephone! Very unprofessional and will not be using this driving school.

Had manual lessons he did not teach anything just told me where to go. Slams on breaks, grabs the wheel for no good reason, didn't explain anything. Criticised and didn't tell me how to correct what I...
Had manual lessons he did not teach anything just told me where to go. Slams on breaks, grabs the wheel for no good reason, didn't explain anything. Criticised and didn't tell me how to correct what I was doing wrong. Spoke too quietly I couldn't hear anything he was saying. Then In the end didn't prepare me for my test at all. Ended up rocking up to my test and being told I couldn't do it when he knew that would be the case all along. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

Do not have any lessons with elite, had one lesson with a driver, all he did was make me merge lanes without indicating, slams on the breaks at random times when they were not needed, if you want driving lessons with any driving school, choose Tricia's driving school, their driving instructor helped me a lot, getting me from L1s to my Ps, don't waste your money on Elite.

I'm a bit conflicted about how to review this business as I had two very different experiences. My first lesson was with Shannon who was a great instructor, very patient, friendly and helpful. I recently had a driving lesson with Shannon, he made me feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. With Elite driving school they have given me the time and patience throughout my lessons. Do not have any lessons with elite, had one lesson with a driver, all he did was make me merge lanes without indicating, slams on the breaks at random times when they were not needed, if you want driving lessons with any driving school, choose Tricia's driving school, their driving instructor helped me a lot, getting me from L1s to my Ps, don't waste your money on Elite.
