Excellent course, Tony made seemingly complex concepts really easy to understand and apply. My wife and I knew nothing about 4WD and came away understanding our vehicle, its capability and our own capability. Very much appreciated!

Amazing course. Would highly highly recommend. We are beginners to caravanning and this course has really put us at ease. We had Dave who was our main instructor and we couldn’t speak any more highly of him. He was so patient, reassuring and encouraging which is what we needed as beginners. He is such an asset to the team. The course itself is also super informative which just the right amount of theory and practical combined. Practicing parking the caravan into the two spots that we did was so beneficial. And you don’t just do it once, you do it a couple of times which really helped with muscle memory! Great day all in all. Definitely recommend not just for beginners too but for all levels.

I would give full marks to these guys. They have a good setup. Quite beginer friendly. You have to pack something to eat though as the fast food joints are some distance away and food need to be deliv...
I would give full marks to these guys. They have a good setup. Quite beginer friendly. You have to pack something to eat though as the fast food joints are some distance away and food need to be delivered in, though they do have a vending machine inside for chips etc.

Thank you so much for the amazing 2 day course!! Our son gained so much confidence just after Day 1 of the 2 day course!! It was truly worth every cent & much appreciated re the time & effort that you guys all put in to making the course so valuable. Driving is a life skill that we take very seriously in our family & we would happily do more courses with METEC in the future!! Thanks again!!

My husband and I have just completed the caravan driver training course with Metec. Although this is our 3rd van, it’s bigger and heavier and I wanted to feel confident behind the wheel and to share the driving. We both really recommend this course. We both learnt new things. I learnt a lot about hitching, towing and reversing safely as well as braking, I drove through the chicanes without touching one hat and reversed into a park under the guidance of our coach Dennis. We had a fabulous day with all of the staff involved and the office staff were super helpful. Everyone was very generous in sharing their knowledge. Thoroughly recommend the course.

Went there with school and it was amazing. Anita helped me out so much on learning how to use the clutch. They have their own private roads and it was slightly easy for me since I already have my lear...
Went there with school and it was amazing. Anita helped me out so much on learning how to use the clutch. They have their own private roads and it was slightly easy for me since I already have my learners so it made things easier. The slalom course was the easiest part and it was fun to test how my steering was going. I was a little too far from the curb while doing the 3-point turn but it was easy to do so. I found it impressive that they had traffic lights and a level crossing. This is definately an amazing place to learn how to drive...although one of the girls I was with kept revving the car instead of moving forward and one of the other girls almost crashed into the level crossing. Too bad there was no fake trains going past

Went there with school and it was amazing. Anita helped me out so much on learning how to use the clutch. They have their own private roads and it was slightly easy for me since I already have my learners so it made things easier. Amazing course. Would highly highly recommend. We are beginners to caravanning and this course has really put us at ease. We had Dave who was our main instructor and we couldn’t speak any more highly of him. He was so patient, reassuring and encouraging which is what we needed as beginners. He is such an asset to the team. The course itself is also super informative which just the right amount of theory and practical combined. My husband and I have just completed the caravan driver training course with Metec. Although this is our 3rd van, it’s bigger and heavier and I wanted to feel confident behind the wheel and to share the driving. We both really recommend this course. We both learnt new things.
