I'm gonna go against the trend I see here in these reviews. I'm a diagnosed autistic person, with anxiety and panic disorder. And when I stress out my driving skills were not great. I'd miss signs and get flustered, and make mistakes. Tom was my instructor, but if you actually take the time to listen, and follow his instructions you will become a much better driver for it, the techniques for how to perform the manoeuvres correctly are spot on. On the day of my test he gave me the confidence I needed, told me straight up beforehand if he didn't feel I was ready, he would've told me to rebook. Pros- easy to book. Customer service lady Betty was easy to deal with. The customer service was the only reason they got one star. Cons - we booked a bulk package for my daughter and she used two of them. We are in the process of getting a refund for the rest. Tom, one of their drivers, made some extremely revolting comments which made my daughter not want to get back into the car with him. He said: 1. Autistic people just need to toughen up. 2. Sexist remarks about a pedestrian woman in short shorts 3. That domestic violence occurs because a person is in the wrong relationship. Along with that, my daughter reports that he was rude, not calm and very in your face with his corrections. For this reason, we don’t recommend this school at all.
