I had a fantastic experience with TDT Training in Epsom while completing my Heavy Rigid licence assessment today. A huge thank you to Paul, who made me feel comfortable and confident from the moment I arrived. We had some great chats throughout the day, and he shared plenty of practical tips and pointers that I’ll take with me whenever I’m behind the wheel of a heavy vehicle. His calm and supportive approach made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. I also want to thank Mel in the office. I was hoping to complete my assessment as soon as possible, and she remembered this and called me as soon as a cancellation became available. Thanks to her, I was able to get in earlier than expected, complete my testing, and I’ll be able to get out on the road sooner. The whole team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
