My brother in law was booked in for a driving test using Falcon driving school vehicle. Vicroads did not allow him to do the test because the driving instructions vehicles headlights did not work and the car was deemed unroadworthy. The next available appt was in 4 weeks and to top it off Falcon driving school insisted to charge $80 for the service (or lack of service). Absolutely appalling customer service. Read Less
