I have just completed and passed my multi combination driving assessment with truck assessor Alan, going from HR to MC and i just wanna say Alan is hands down one of the best truck trainer/assessors out there. his dedication to his job and the students he teaches is just tremendous he is someone who really wants to guide and help you through a very intensive course he helped guide me, someone who has never driven with a car trailer, let alone 2 trailers through a course i would never think i was gonna pass. just wanna make a quick note the course is VERY intensive if going from HR i would highly recommend watching the pre course videos as much as possible and study them as much as you can they help immensely on your lessons for anyone looking to upgrade from a HR to MC license look no further then Eureka truck training the best in the business thank you Alan for all your help your a wonderful man and im glad i had you as my assessor. Staff has no discipline including the receptionist No dedication to their job& they just work for money. Spent $1300 for a full day course n after 2hrs the instructor said you won’t be able to pass the test n called it off. No courtesy to at least refund some of the money which was included in $1300 to pay for licence when you pass the test! Waste of Money n Time Do not recommend to anyone Read Less

MC license upgrade from HR. If this is what you want,these guys are it.I attended the one day course and was blown away with the experience.The instructors and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with a prompt booking,excellent industry knowledge/experience and great equipment. I gained so much information and confidence from this 1 day course I could not compare with any others...... (I did attend another training companies lessons and just did basic bog laps for $600 a lesson, come back again! & again! $600 + $600 FORGET IT!!!) If your having a few nerves or jitters,or maybe just interested, pop in and see these guys and gal. AVOID!! In July 2017 I attended a 1 day HR training course followed by an assessment. I believe Charlie (the instructor) is just a bloke who knows how to drive a truck and NOT an actual accredited instructor. He was not listening to my questions and constantly yelling/barking instructions rather than teaching. By the end of the day I was a bundle of nerves, and expressed I was not confident in undertaking the assessment. I was told in no uncertain terms that it was “too late” to postpone the assessment and I had to do it right then. The assessment was a total failure - the assessor pointed out many issues not covered by Charlie and suggested I come back for a “few more” lessons. I have contacted the owner with my complaints and requested a refund for the assessment costs but he is not interested in a satisfactory resolution. This company may have once been a reasonable training provider, but now is just operating in an unethical and corrupt manner. Read Less

I did a 1 day HR course, Charlie is a great instructor and friendly staff, Emily very helpful, the truck are awesome, Throughout the course I struggle and struggle and almost give up. My instructor very patient and understanding encouraging me not to give up and hang in there, At the end of the day I did its. I contacted All Roads Truck Training as I wanted to obtain my MC licence and first spoke to Emily who did a great job in giving me the information I needed to make a decision to proceed. I opted for the one day intensive training and my instructor was Russell. I didn't take my assessment that day but booked in for another two hour lesson. That lesson went really well and I took my assessment (with their trainers/assessors, not having to wait for the Department of Transport people) and passed. I did my HR License through these guys as they were recommended by 2 other friends who got there license through them.
