I highly recommend IHE to anyone considering a career in heavy equipment or mining. Before enrolling, I spoke with Shandi from admissions, and she made all the difference. I had many questions about the cost, my finances, and whether I was making the right decision, and she answered everything honestly without ever making me feel rushed. Her support gave me the confidence to take the leap. I attended the Edmonton campus, and the instructors were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to our success. The course materials were well organized and easy to follow. Overall, my experience was excellent. The best proof of the program’s value is the result: I had zero mining experience before attending IHE, but through the training, and job fair, I secured a job in the mining industry before graduating. Just a few weeks later, I’m already working on site and have been signed off on equipment. Yes, the course is an investment, but it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Amazing I can't say enough about IHE, The office staff, the field staff are all great a very friendly and comforting atmosphere. I started off a little nervous and unsure about myself learning something new but I will tell ya the instructors are the best, super good at what they do. Father and son, Clayton and Dakota and everyone else there are a good team. They work good together and great instructors. If you're doing something wrong they will call you out and show you the right way of doing the job. I definitely made a great choice going to ihe in innisfail. I would recommend going there if you are wanting to try anything something new or wanting to switch career. I did the 4 PC 8 week course and it has going by so fast.
