I completed both the online and in-car portions of this driving course. While I successfully completed the program, my overall experience was disappointing. During in-car lessons, I often felt discouraged rather than supported, which made learning stressful and affected my confidence as a new driver. I also did not receive any highway driving practice, which I personally feel is an important part of preparing students for real-world driving. I also experienced communication issues regarding my course completion certificate. I initially requested an emailed copy for insurance purposes, but was later informed it had been mailed instead. The policies and available options regarding email copies and associated fees were not clearly communicated to me upfront, which created confusion after I had already moved addresses. I believe clearer communication and a more supportive learning environment would greatly improve the experience for future students, especially new drivers who may already feel nervous or anxious behind the wheel. ** Update to response** Thank you for your response. My concern was never that the certificate was mailed to the address on file, but rather that I had originally requested an emailed copy and was not informed at that time about the associated fee or mailing process. Noble driving school is great! They offer an online program which is very convenient if you are not available on weekends! It was very easy, it took me about a week to finish and my insurance certificate is on its way. My driving instructor Anwar was very kind and very very patient. Tina the office manager is so sweet and helpful. Karam is not only an excellent in class teacher but a fantastic driving instructor as well. I was so nervous to drive due to being in a few accidents when I was younger. I tried having family members teach me, but it made things worse, because not everyone knows how to teach with patience. I would recommend Nobel Driving School to all the new learners. My instructor Satwant Singh was always on time and very helpful.
