I've signed up two grandsons at the Chilliwack YDC so far. One was 2 years ago and the second just now. The first one passed his test easily on the first try. Fingers crossed for this one!

I've signed up two grandsons at the Chilliwack YDC so far. One was 2 years ago and the second just now. The first one passed his test easily on the first try. Fingers crossed for this one!
Website worked smoothly both times and, when I phoned last time to ask about details about the academic credit, the person who answered was very nice and super helpful. Like she was every student's aunt.

Absolutely horrific customer service! Do not book anything online. They take your money and then it takes days to connect to book anything. No one wants to look after you. Call your local office, call...
Absolutely horrific customer service! Do not book anything online. They take your money and then it takes days to connect to book anything. No one wants to look after you. Call your local office, call head office. Complete run around. Then to finally be told that there isnt actually anything available. Well then try and get a refund! i am currently at 1 month and still no refund. Terrible, dishonest business. Zero service and i feel very uncomfortable with such a shady transaction. Bad business plain and simple.

Don't bother trying to book with these people. What a bloody joke. Pay for lessons up front then spend 2 full days trying to get ahold of the booking department. Speak to an instructor, he tells me he...
Don't bother trying to book with these people. What a bloody joke. Pay for lessons up front then spend 2 full days trying to get ahold of the booking department. Speak to an instructor, he tells me he has dates available asap. Finally get a return call from the booking department and she gets all mad that the instructor told me his openings and books me 2 weeks later than what I was originally told was available.
