Kayla was such an incredible instructor. She is so patient, calm, encouraging and kind. You can tell she really cares about her students and want them to do their best and succeed. It takes a special kind of person to get into a car and put their life in the hands of other others every day, and she does it with a smile on her face and you can tell that she really enjoys her job. We were referred by other people that had had a fantastic experience with her, and a lot of the kids that my daughter spoke to said that they learned so much from her, from passing their exams from to the lessons that she provided and the helpful tips and tricks she shared. We would like to formally complain about Kayla, the instructor, behaviour during our kiddos final lesson. On Saturday June 13 (at 2:15pm to 415) Our kiddos came home crying because you had been miserable the whole lesson culminating in you mocking her. We are shocked that a company that is training young people to drive would deem it acceptable to mock a child and cause tears 2 days before her test. We do not know if this was intentional sabotage because you don’t like our child or if this is how you treat all kids. If this was the first instance of hearing that you were miserable, we would have chalked it up to our kiddo being nervous. However we consistently heard how unpleasant you were to be in a car with. We maintained with you because changing instructors mid-learning seemed detrimental. However we are very disappointed with how negative our kiddo’s experience was, especially your final meeting. Additionally, we note that you did not provide all of the training content that was supposed to be covered. Overall we are very dissatisfied with our experience with you and Comox Valley Driving School. Read Less

I did my motorcycle MSTC Course with Wendy and Justin last summer and it was challenging and fun. It's clear that they both care very deeply for proper road safety.
