I just want to say that Jill was an amazing, meticulous instructor. She was calm, thorough, patient and extremely informative. My son felt absolutely zen with Jill and learned a lot of the driving specifics that would be required to pass a road test successfully. On top of her teaching skills which were top notched and stellar, she came through for my son and this is the story… Jill unfortunately got into an accident two days before my son’s scheduled road test. The car was unusable, so she was unable to give my son his final driving session or allow my son the use of her vehicle for the actual driving exam. I was pretty sure that I lost years of my life that day as I tried in vain to figure how to obtain a substitute in such a short period of time. My son’s “L” was also expiring within a month so time was a huge factor. I believe that God (and I’m not religious) played a huge part in this next miracle. Upon my calling of other schools to source out a secondary replacement driving instructor, the school(s) were unable to facilitate but offered to lend their car to Jill from Pacific Rim Driving School in order for my son to complete his driving lesson AND do the final exam!!! I was blown away by that generous offer and then further amazed that Jill would accommodate us since being in an accident and was probably bruised, extremely sore and injured still came through for my son for his final lesson and the actual day of the driving test. Like WOW 🤩 I was in tears (of joy)! As a result, my son obtained his “N” yesterday and we collectively (my son, myself and his dad) are so very appreciative of these get acts of kindness. If you want top level driver training look no further. All 3 of my children went through this school with great success. They are excellent drivers with great skills thanks to Ian and his team. The instruction was very relate-able and on point with provincial testing standards. Read Less
