I paid for your program, the most expensive package with the road test, almost two years ago and my daughter still hasn't completed the program. She had her learners and was already able to take the test when she was enrolled but I decided to go the extra mile and use your service.
After +1.5 years of delays she was finally able to do her road test only to have her instructor changed for the last few lessons with someone who had such a strong accent she couldn't understand anything they said and yelled at her constantly, giving her huge anxiety going into the test. When she took the road test she was "too timid" and failed, now the test has been rebooked by your company for 5 months later, well over the two year mark. This is not acceptable service.

I came to a 4 way stop on Oxford in Port Coquitlam. I was there first and proceeded to go. The young drivers driver felt she was there first and cut in front of me, flipping me off and screaming at me, all while my 9 year old was in the car. Extremely unprofessional and not someone I would want teaching my kids. I called the head office to report it and 2 weeks later, no one has called me back. A person with road rage shouldn’t be teaching in our community.

Guess my driving teacher didn't know i was trans when he went on a long transphobic rant after seeing a homeless trans woman walk by. Also he kept asking me to smile and said kinda gross cat-call type things. I got a few emails from him afterwards (??? im 17 by the way) but i didnt read them because hes so draining. His name is ken and he works in north vancouver and he likes motorcycles. watch out for him.

I went to this school years ago with Knowledgeable instructors that made the rules of the road and driving make sense. The on field teacher was clear to understand, patient and some of the things that I learned 15 years ago are still in my head today. I am surprised that this place doesn't have more reviews 'cause honestly the way people drive in the city and the mom and pop indie driving schools out there, this is the legit real school. I am tired of people getting their credentials like a toy in a Cracker Jack box. Even worse there are driving schools that are so horrible that it's like the blind teaching the blind. If you're a bad driver you shouldn't be teaching driving...there are many small pop shop schools like that. These guys are professional and teach professionally. Because of them that in my adult hood I have learned to avoid and dodge these idiots not properly trained by Young Drivers.
