He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and very professional throughout the entire process. Jagwinder taught everything clearly and efficiently. He asked helpful questions, explained what I needed to improve, and made sure I understood not just how to drive properly, but why certain mistakes matter from a safety, legal, and ethical perspective. I also appreciated how he explained things in different ways, sometimes with light humour, and other times by breaking the issue down clearly so it was easy to understand. He was also very transparent and organized. He showed me the paperwork, the notes he had taken, and the start and end times for each lesson, which gave me a lot of confidence in his professionalism. When I asked for extra sessions, he was willing to accommodate and help me prepare properly. Before the road test, Jagwinder reviewed everything with me multiple times and helped me feel calm and confident. He reminded me to try my best and rely on what I had learned, which really helped me go into the test with the right mindset. His van was in great condition, clean, and easy to drive, which made the lessons and road test preparation much smoother.
