Had lessons with Marly many years ago. It just occurred to me to post a review because what I learned from her sticks with me to this day (as well as memories of the lovely time I had). I did not have much experience driving any car when I started my lessons (had my L but little practice). Beyond learning how to drive a manual car in a fun, supportive environment, Marly taught me good habits (turn your lights on, alley speed limits etc) and etiquette. I booked in an emergency shift slot on very short notice and she was awesome. I was replaying her in my head (brake brake brake brake smash (the clutch)) as I later brought a real sports car to a halt. I'll work on the clutch creeping as slow control really is the key. I already knew how to drive an automatic, but I wanted to learn how to drive a stick for various reasons (cheaper to drive, and more common internationally). Marley came up in my Google search so I gave her a call. She is VERY friendly, and she's an amazing teacher. She's very calm in the car, and no matter how many times I stalled she never seemed to be phased by it, and just encouraged me to try again. She was also very protective, and managed the drivers around me so they didn't get too close or too aggressive; it kept me at ease. Now I can hear her voice now when I drive - in a good way!
