Young drivers closed the office in Victoria before my son could complete the course. Their solution was to continue the program in either Duncan or Vancouver, which is obviously no solution at all. They then offered a partial refund and said that they had an arrangement with another driving school in Victoria to continue the course, which turned out not be be true. I will now have enroll my son in another program, in the end costing far more than if we had not enrolled in YD. The experience has been even more frustrating because of the long hold times waiting to talk to a representative. I cannot recommend YD. Read Less

Very bad customer service, you can’t get a hold of anyone, you will be on hold for 10 mins before you can maybe talk to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. And will transfer you to another department and you’ll be on hold for another 10. They won’t tell you that your department has been shut down for the past 4 months, and they won’t give you partial refund for what you didn’t get, when you purchased the full package i.e.($1512). I waited over a year to book my road test and didn’t even get it. Money gone. Read Less

Look, we are in very difficult times, I get that. However, YD now appears to be in breach of contract with their students, and finally offering only partial refunds. Sad to see this sort of poor behaviour from what used to be such a well respected company. Read Less
