I am very disappointed in how Young Drivers do business. Customer service was not nice at all. Unfortunately I thought spending over $1800 for lessons from them would be smart because they were reputable back in the day. I should have read the reviews. My child failed the road test because the instructor was incompetent and did not teach the right technique and did not correct when something was done wrong (which was done repeatedly because we thought it was correct). He was a new instructor at the time so I guess he did not know what the examiners were looking for! My child’s friend also had this instructor and the friend also failed the road test. Young Drivers, I definitely will not be recommending you to anyone. You didn’t even try to understand me, but blamed it on my child’s nerves. I told you the examiner said the technique was done wrong! That’s on the instructor! Read Less
