Incompetent instructors that quite literally outed mpi for “cash grabbing” they also cut classes short if the instructors “feel like it” the instructor told us if we needed to do something a minute or two to turn off our camera I went to grab a charger for my laptop came back and was kicked out of the class all in 1 minute or less. No one is picking up the phone left a message and no one’s gotten back to me. Mpi should definitely review them and audit and reconsider restructuring who they make their point of contact for certain driving courses

I am riding for years, but I have to admit that there were tweaks during this course that I believe we're great for making me a better rider. The instructors are amazing and I highly recommend this course.

They never respond to you in a manors of which is helpful I logged on at 530 today to attend a class sat there for 45 mins all it said was waiting I called left messages even sent a message at 249 to ...
They never respond to you in a manors of which is helpful I logged on at 530 today to attend a class sat there for 45 mins all it said was waiting I called left messages even sent a message at 249 to ask a simple question and they said I had to talk to my I structure tried for 2 hours to find this so called instructors name and number had zero information available in all the communications and sent an email to the registrar they do not accept any communication after 4pm it seams but classes start at 530 which is when I logged on. Very hard to communicate with this company and don’t recommend MPI use this company nor anyone else use this company. For lack of communication and accessibility

I took the beginner motorcycle training course. There were 4 instructors, all had 30 or more years riding experience. So professional, patient. They really seemed to enjoy sharing there experiences. Questions where answered in great details. I feel more confident and safe from there instructions. Thanks

What a great day of motorcycle training. Jason, Jamie and Eric were the instructors for the day and they were amazing. I would highly recommend taking this course even if you are from Ontario.
Am I ready to take a motorcycle out on the streets by myself? No. Did I learn great skills to start, stop, maneuver obstacles as well as other skills to become a competent motorcyclist with more practice? Absolutely!
They did their best. I had a great time. I might even torture them by taking the class again in spring.
Thanks guys for your patience and training. Thanks too to Roland for the end of the day testing.

I took the 21 hour motorcycle training course with zero experience riding a motorcycle. The instructors("Bad" Bruce,"Good" Bruce and Cara) were fantastic and helpful. Everyone learns in their own way and pace, and the instructors were finding ways to communicate to each person in a way they could understand.I would strongly recommend taking the longer course to novice and experienced riders.It was a lot of fun, with a 'hands on, learn by doing' approach. 100%

All and all my Manitoba Safety Service experience was a good one. I took my motorcycle training coarse (8 hr) with zero experience on a bike. I must say everyone there is extremely friendly and patient with all the potential riders. Price was a bit more then i was expecting as they just raised there cost for the coarse. Its all however the price of happiness (riding a motorcycle).

I took the 28 hour motorcycle training course with zero experience riding a motorcycle/dirtbike. The instructors were fantastic, patient, and helpful. Everyone learns in their own way, and the instructors were great at finding ways to communicate to each person in a way they could understand. It's been five years since I took that course, and I still recommend it constantly. This past summer, my wife took the course as well. With zero motorcycle experience, or even a class 5 license, she finished the weekend with her license in hand and we've ridden thousands of miles together since. I strongly recommend taking the longer course, even if you have some experience. It was a lot of fun, with a 'hands on, learn by doing' approach. A+

A great resource for Safety & Health Training and Consulting. Staff are very understanding and have been a huge asset in solidifying our Safety & Health Policies, Procedures and Training. Our Online Training through SSM is great and we were able to create our own online training to make it company specific which not a lot of providers will do (at least at a reasonable rate). All of the OHS Consultants are top notch - well versed, professional and experienced. Highly recommend Safety Services Manitoba to any business that's in need of Safety Training or Consulting.

Incompetent instructors that quite literally outed mpi for “cash grabbing” they also cut classes short if the instructors “feel like it” the instructor told us if we needed to do something a minute or two to turn off our camera I went to grab a charger for my laptop came back and was kicked out of the class all in 1 minute or less. Everyone learns in their own way, and the instructors were great at finding ways to communicate to each person in a way they could understand.
