Their online course part is garbage. It repeatedly kicked my son out of the course after he completed the final test without saving it. He had to do the online part before he could book hours, so he did it over and over again. Calling them lead to no help. Booking hours was awful. I ended up booking them over the phone. For one of the scheduled appts, they failed to pick up my son from school. He was booked out of school with power school and had a physical note that he turned into the teacher, but the driving instructor went driving around on side streets near the school instead of actually picking up my son from school as we agreed. They tried to charge me for a missed appt, when my son was waiting on them. They tried to use extortion to force me to pay them that invalid fee by trying to withhold the certificate so my son couldn't do his driver's exam when he had successfully completed the course. On top of that, they scheduled time off for the instructor at the same time as my son's appt and sure didn't offer him a missed appt fee from them. Read Less
