Learned a lot from Bill during my lessons, but Karl? absolutely not. Bill was lovely and an amazing teacher, but Karl is aggressive and rude. Karl would get mad at something I did, but give me no tips on how to improve. I’m not sure if he thinks being rude helps encourage students, but it DOESNT. it does nothing but make my anxiety about driving worse and makes me make MORE mistakes. I was told information from Bill but things that Karl told me completely contradicted what Bill had said. From conversations with my friends, Karl treated me completely differently than he treated them, nice and talkative with them and giving them tips, but with myself he was cold and barely gave me advice on how to improve. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They do not deserve a star ⭐️. The most ignorant and unreliable company on this island. My son did the in class training in July. Was let out each day early. Which didn't meet the required hours for the insurance deductible that is part of this course. Didn't give receipts for paying $450 for in class training. No certificate, receipt to show he did the course or paid half in advance. Didn't receive any call back for road training. We called, emailed, texted and left voice mails over a course of 2.5 months to be ignored or misled to believe they would make contact. Bill told us the roads are too busy to train in the Summer months. He also said they don't usually train those with no experience. Seriously? Told he was not eligible to do road training for another 2 months. When my son has his permit 19 months. Complete run around & waste of valuable time. Was finally given a date and time when they would begin on road training to be stood up with no cancellation. Secretary/wife was not nade aware any appointments were made. Had to show screenshots of conversation between Bill and I to be believed. Met with the same excuse as 2 months previous. This company is the most unreliable and displayed ignorance when confronted. Only thing they did right was issue a refund after a complete run around. They have been reported to the BBB, MVR, BBNL and news stations. Don't waste your valuable time on this business. Read Less
