Very disappointed to see a driving instructor (red vehicle) speed through a red light. Perhaps your people should be practicing the laws they are supposed to be teaching!

The classes and in car lessons have been very good for my son. Excellent instruction. HOWEVER...Booking lessons is such a nightmare that I would never use Young Drivers again. The instructor lives nearby but we have to book lessons with him through the Philippines - who have no idea of his real availability. In rural NS this is ridiculous! It has resulted in severe delays in my son's progression to his test, while the driver has availability that they cannot see. I can hardly believe anyone thinks this is a good way to operate.

27 years old. I attended indoor classes and road lessons from two separate instructors in 2014. Both portions of the lesson were incredibly engaging and I still apply the knowledge taught because they changed my perspective. I promise that if you pay attention and apply the lessons, you will be a safer, more defensive driver with a cleaner record.
I don't know what else to say other than Iam lucky that I was enrolled in this specific institute at this location by my parents at the time.

The environment and people are very friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of thorough education. The courses offered are at FAR too high of a price for the amount of attention you will receive. You would assume a driving course would be capable of teaching someone with no previous knowledge, but upon my in-car lessons I found my impression to be wrong. It seems they have been wedging in so many appointments that the instructors aren’t capable of doing their job.
If you or your child haven’t already had experience driving, the courses may be unhelpful. Topics are glazed over - I feel like I wasted a grand to be repeatedly lectured about information that was never taught. A waste of money and time.

What a great experience my son Nick is having with Young Drivers of Canada. From the beginning Carol has been so helpful answering any question we have in regards to the process. As for the classroom, Nick said Carol is funny and answers any questions he had. He has certainly learned a lot more in a short period of time than I could have taught him. He is now looking forward to starting the road practice and then getting his full license. Thanks to Carol for making this experience such a positive one for all of us :)
