I recommend caution when visiting this location. Staff members appear to treat visitors differently based on ethnicity. I observed non-white individuals being subjected to disproportionate scrutiny, with staff actively searching for paper discrepancies and implying fraudulent activity. While I was not personally targeted, witnessing this treatment was deeply concerning. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and urgently requires administrative oversight.
In particular, an older female staff member and an employee named Jeremy appeared to specifically target immigrants for unfair treatment. Please be cautious when dealing with them.
Furthermore, the wait times at this facility are unreasonable and poorly managed.

I went for my G1 test and was issued ticket number 44, but somehow my number was completely skipped while they continued calling people who had arrived after me. When I approached the counter to point this out, the staff member was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to listen. She simply told me, “Wait, we’ll call you,” without even checking whether a mistake had been made.
I arrived at 3:47 PM and waited until 4:30 PM, only to be told that the computer system had closed and I could no longer take my test. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or trying to help, I was told to come back on Monday.
Whether this was a system error or human negligence, the outcome was the same: I wasted my time because the staff failed to do their job properly. If the employee had taken a minute to listen and verify the issue when I first raised it, this entire situation could have been avoided.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else instead. Save yourself the frustration—you’ll be glad you did.

I had a examiner with a Québec accent, very chill guy. Very clear instructions, made an obvious effort to talk with a calming voice, even made some small talk which was nice/comforting.
Everyone I interacted with was very chill and very considerate. The inside/office area was a bit crowded and the machine you sign in with was out of printer paper but didnt cause any issues.
Overall, good experience. I was pleasantly surprised

I passed my G1 test and received my licence without any issues. About a month later, I returned to use my foreign driving experience so I could book my G2 sooner.

Very frustrating experience.
I passed my G1 test and received my licence without any issues. About a month later, I returned to use my foreign driving experience so I could book my G2 sooner.
My father personally went to the issuing authority in India and obtained my driving experience document. My family spent time, effort, and money getting the document to me in Canada.
When I presented it, I was told it was fake and could not be verified. When I asked what I should tell the issuing office in India, I was told they could not explain because giving details would help people who create fake documents.
The most frustrating part was being told that my G1 was no longer valid. A sticker was placed on my licence stating it was not valid, and I was told I would have to take the G1 test again and wait another 8 months before becoming eligible for the G2.
After that, I returned three separate times with official online records from the issuing authority. The first visits went nowhere, but on the third visit the same type of official documentation was accepted and I was allowed to continue with the licensing process. Nobody mentioned my G1 being invalid anymore.
I understand the need to prevent fraud, but the process felt inconsistent, confusing, and stressful. It cost me multiple trips, a lot of time, and a great deal of frustration.

My G2 test went well overall and was a really positive experience. The instructor, Mich, was very pleasant and approachable, which helped ease my nerves right from the start. They gave clear and calm instructions throughout the test and never made me feel pressured or rushed, allowing me to stay focused and confident while driving. Their professional and supportive attitude made a big difference in my performance. I would definitely recommend this location for taking your G2 test, as the environment feels organized, fair, and comfortable. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’m glad I chose this place for my road test.

Very bad service..was on time for my test but didn't see the kiosk to register because a group of men were standing in front it. A lady tolx me to get a number .went to the examiner and told her that I was there but did not get a number until then. SHE would not test me because my number was 6 minutes past my appointment. Then she gave my appointment to a man who had no appointment at all and was on stand by. Then she was free for 30 minutes and the woman at the counter told her to take me and she said no I'll take my next appointment that was 30 minutes later because someone canceled..she just wanted to be nasty with me. A horrible nasty examiner she should be fired.

Slow in person service, and I've never had a phone call answered. Both due to small staff. The actual service (only when I visited and waited) was nice, enjoyable, and quick.

Yes I had to wait awhile but that is to be expected since there is usually a bunch of people waiting, they are really good at what they do, they are friendly and they get what you need (that is if you brought the right information they need from you).

Friendly and professional staff. Got my G license here and the lady who did my test was very friendly, made the whole experience less stressful.

I recommend caution when visiting this location. Staff members appear to treat visitors differently based on ethnicity. I observed non-white individuals being subjected to disproportionate scrutiny, with staff actively searching for paper discrepancies and implying fraudulent activity. While I was not personally targeted, witnessing this treatment was deeply concerning. This pattern of behavior is unacceptable and urgently requires administrative oversight.
