Highlander Way has been an excellent driving school in terms of professionalism and flexibility. The in class portion was concise, and the in-car training sessions with Steven have been courteous & very informative. I enjoy his reminders of common mistakes on the driving test, as passing the test is what I'm after, and that service shows how much experience Steven has. Working two jobs while being a student can usually make it difficult to find time to make appointment, but Steven has gone out of his way to make time that worked for both busy schedules. I highly recommend Highlander Way to anyone looking to become a better driver. Read Less

Horrible service. The instructor is rude and impatient. Clearly doesn’t like his job and simply shouldn’t be a teacher. Please don’t send your children here

I would not and do not recommend this driving school to anyone- especially young students. The in-class experience was fine and informative. However, during our in-car lessons Steve raised his voice at me multiple times, which was completely uncalled for. The first incident was when I waited to turn left an extra 2 seconds because I was not sure if the oncoming car was stopping or running the yellow light. He had a serious lack of patience and brought me to tears during our lesson because of his anger, so I pulled over and called my parents to pick me up. Two days later, after I told him I was not comfortable getting into a car with him until we talked, Steve gave me one of the most insincere apologies I have ever recieved from an adult; it was more forced than genuine. I have yet to finish my training because he is the only instructor at this school and I do not feel safe driving with him. I do not recommend. Read Less
