Do not waste your time or money here. Terrible experience. This company relies entirely on being the most well-known name in Keswick, but the quality of instruction is completely unacceptable. I completed 10 hours of in-car lessons and learned absolutely nothing useful. I actually became a more nervous driver because of how I was treated.My instructor spent the majority of my paid lesson time on his phone watching TikToks, taking personal calls, and forcing me to pull over just to rant about his personal life and worldview. Out of a 1-hour lesson, I got maybe 30 minutes of actual driving practice. Critical habits like mirror usage and proper scanning were never once corrected—I had to learn them from a family member later.When I asked basic, important questions, I was actively talked down to and mocked. I asked about hill parking with no curb (which is essential for where I live) and was laughed at and told he "would never park there." I was also mocked for asking clarifying questions about matching speed limits. When it came to parking, he only taught reverse parking. When I asked about forward parking, he just made me describe it verbally and said I didn't have practice the maneuver with him.To make matters worse, his teaching method is a cash grab. He only teaches you arbitrary reference points strictly tailored to his specific car so that you are forced to pay extra money to rent his vehicle for the road test. At the end of the 10 lessons, he didn't give me a single piece of personalized feedback, openly admitting that he marks every single student exactly the same.The owner clearly knows this is happening and allows it to continue, as this instructor has been here for a long time and other students have reported the exact same behavior. My instructor was Bob. As a middle aged woman I had very little experience and a lot of nervousness behind the wheel. He was very patient with me and he was able to figure out how best to teach me as an individual instead of a cookie cutter approach. He personally took me to my road test where I passed on my first attempt. I will definitely be contacting Bob again to help me prepare for my highway test.
