I would like to sincerely thank Ultimate Drivers for the excellent lessons that prepared me for my G2 driving test. I am especially grateful to my driving instructor, Arshad, for his patience, guidance, and support throughout my driving lessons. His encouragement helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. I passed the G2 test on my first try! I truly appreciate the experience and wish Ultimate Drivers continued success. Thank you, and God bless!

I wish I could leave two separate reviews for the Ultimate Drivers course itself and for my driving instructor, Sumit, because they deserve very different ratings. Starting with the positive: Sumit was a lovely instructor. He was very understanding, patient, and respectful. He was also a calm presence while driving, which I really appreciated. Easily 5 stars.
The online course itself, however, was not worth my time or money. The website was incredibly slow and crashed multiple times in the middle of tests or assignments, making me start over from scratch. I also found a lot of the information focused on to be common sense (be safe, be observant, don't hit people, etc.), while the practical information (how your car works, why errors happen, what to do in emergency situations, etc.) was not given the same time or weight. 1-2 stars.
I don't recommend the Ultimate Drivers online course, but there is still value in the in-car lessons so I would recommend only paying for that portion. Cheers!

Great experience overall! I applied for the G2 road test preparation package after driving with a parent for around 30-40 hours, but just three hours of lessons with my driving instructor made me feel much more confident about the test and he even me gave me some tips on the test as well as practice routes. I don't know if I would've passed without these lessons. Also very nice, understanding, and kind of funny.
His name was Raj so count yourself lucky if you have him as a driving instructor!

Ultimate drivers was an enjoyable and fun experience that helped teach me all the driving rules and laws. Syed was an enjoyable teacher as he instructed well and taught the class very well. He would encourage us to try our best and teach us all the important stuff and made the class engaging. If I had to recommend a driving school it would be this one.

I had a great experience learning how to drive with Syed from Ultimate Drivers! He was very patient, calm, and always explained things clearly. His teaching style has made me more confident and informed on driving and more confident on passing my G2 road test from the knowledge. The classes were very engaging asking questions vice versa. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional instructor.

Tom is a wonderful teacher. I was a bit nervous on the test day and Tom helped me a lot to keep calm for the test. I believe without his motivation it would have been difficult for me to have that presence of mind during the test. Before test day I took some lessons from Samr also. Being new to driving on Ontario roads, I was quite unaware of the road conditions and driving practices here. Samr was able to help me grasp all the areas of driving within a very short number of attempts.Thanks!

Extremely dissatisfied, wait times over a month between driver’s lessons! Then blame students for not staying in the car until they can MAKE the instructor give them a time for next appointment. Seriously! Totally unacceptable, do not waste your time or money!!!!!!! Instructors show up late if at all for scheduled appointments. Save your money, time and aggravation! Lots of other options out there! I have called several times trying to book appointments they are just hopeless!!

Today i have done my G2 Test and Cleared without much confusion. Tom, an experienced INSTRUCTOR or i can say coach for new immigrants who are not much familiar on left hand drive, makes easy to learn in less than 6 to 7 classes. Experience has been awesome with Tom and Udrivers.

Tom was a good instructor very through and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions as a parent and assisted by instructing my son himself when there was a scheduling issue with another instructor. The receptionist was friendly and nice. My son passed on his first test.

Perfect place to learn driving.
Tom is a Super Perfect Instructor , I appreciate his teaching skills and extra attention to important details. He gets to my strengths/weaknesses easily and planned lessons accordingly which i feel is really important. I'll rate UD 10 out 5, perfect value for money.

Tom was really a great instructor. After the first 3 hours, I had some concerns about his way of pointing out my mistakes and I told him. I was so surprised that he took it in a very professional way and adjusted his comments and by my 6th hour I was doing great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is the type of person who would work on making you feel comfortable while driving and he would do whatever it takes to get you ready.

Well Organized in class and in car sessions. Our in class instructors Tom and Marie were knowledgeable & friendly. Mr Abdul was my in car instructor. He was punctual for the in car classes. Mr Abdul focused on the safe driving fundamental principles and paid attention to the areas I needed improvement on. He made me practice practice practice till I got the concepts and I would strongly recommend Mr Abdul's in car sessions.

Our experience with Ultimate Drivers Kitchener was excellent: they were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and flexible. My son took driver training with a different company but did not like his experience, so we booked him for a couple lessons with Tom, and used his car for the test. Tom was a great instructor, very patient and calm! I would definitely recommend Ultimate Drivers.

The customer service there is top notch, they accomidated my son more than reasonbly expected. Thank you very much to all the staff there. I wish I could leave two separate reviews for the Ultimate Drivers course itself and for my driving instructor, Sumit, because they deserve very different ratings. Starting with the positive: Sumit was a lovely instructor. He was very understanding, patient, and respectful. He was also a calm presence while driving, which I really appreciated. Easily 5 stars.

Great experience overall! I applied for the G2 road test preparation package after driving with a parent for around 30-40 hours, but just three hours of lessons with my driving instructor made me feel much more confident about the test and he even me gave me some tips on the test as well as practice routes. I don't know if I would've passed without these lessons. Also very nice, understanding, and kind of funny.

Ultimate drivers was an enjoyable and fun experience that helped teach me all the driving rules and laws. Syed was an enjoyable teacher as he instructed well and taught the class very well. I had my G test prep there. They’re very professional and smooth on the enrollment process. My instructor was Tom which is extremely experienced and friendly. I crushed the test on the first attempt thanks to him! Highly recommended.

Today i have done my G2 Test and Cleared without much confusion. Tom, an experienced INSTRUCTOR or i can say coach for new immigrants who are not much familiar on left hand drive, makes easy to learn in less than 6 to 7 classes. Experience has been awesome with Tom and Udrivers.

Our experience with Ultimate Drivers Kitchener was excellent: they were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and flexible. My son took driver training with a different company but did not like his experience, so we booked him for a couple lessons with Tom, and used his car for the test. Tom was a great instructor, very patient and calm! I would definitely recommend Ultimate Drivers.
