This school is a total scam. How this school has received 5 star ratings is beyond me. I had recommended WESTERN DRIVING ACADEMY to my friend because I went there to take lessons and had successfully obtained my G2 licence. But my friend mistakenly came to this school, thinking it was the same and ended up wasting her time and money. When taking lessons with this guy, he never explained or showed her anything. She is a new driver with zero experience who is wanting to learn the proper driving skills here in Canada. She had even watched youtube videos to help her understand and see the driving techniques and she said that he never showed her anything like the videos. She is now taking lessons from Western driving academy and said that she has learned more in 1 hour with Diana, than she did with her instructor from this school. We called today to get a refund but the guy was totally ignorant to our concerns and said no refunds. These junk schools should not be allowed in the industry. Instructor is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is very calm and puts you at ease when you first get behind the wheel. He is also very focused on making sure you learn everything you need to know a good driver. I was an adult who refused to get my licence because quite frankly it terrified me, now, I have a lot more confidence in my abilities. Would recommend to everyone!
