My teen took lessons through Western Driving Academy and had an excellent experience. Passed G2 test on first try. Abdula was a fantastic instructor.

I took the online lessons, which was 20 hours of lecture and 10 hours of homelinks (basically interactive online activities). I would reccommend doing lessons in person if you don't have a lot of self discipline, because I dragged these lessons out for months because I was being "lazy".
I had Usman Hayee as my in-car driving instructor. I started with no driving experience, so I was incredibly nervous, but I passed my G2 on my first try! I did the initial 10 hours, and then I booked an extra hour + I practiced with him for 2.5 hours before the test. He is strict, which was discouraging for me because I get anxious easily, but if you get confused and ask him what exactly you are doing wrong, he is always willing to point it out. He has methods for how to do every part of the G2 skills required, which is much more helpful than saying "you just have to feel it" (which my parents said LOL). I was intimidated at first, but I don't think i would have passed so easily without him. He is extremely competent, and I am very grateful!

I had great experience and success with Western Driving Academy. My in person instructor was amazing too. If you want an amazing instructor who really wants you to pass, who is clear and concise, and friendly then Usman Hayee is your man. Was very helpful and encouraging.

Western driving academy is amazing. The in class portion was very informative, interactive, and welcoming. The in car portion (my personal favourite) was a super great experience. My instructor was Red. He was very accommodating for appointments and wanted a time that was best for me. He was very relaxed, welcoming friendly, and made me feel super comfortable. He provides great advice when you make a mistake and also willingly gives a lot of advice for the driving test. He was so open to answer all of my questions and you can tell he cares for your success. I have also seen him work with new drivers and he does his job very well. Thanks friend!!!

I was able to pass my G test taking very few classes with the help of this academy. I would specially recommend choosing Rec as the driving instructor. He was constantly motivating me and was very helpful. If there is anyone I would recommend as an instructor, it would be him without a doubt. His advices and driving tips are worth mentioning! He knows what's best for you as a learner and will clearly tell you if you are ready to take the test or not. Had a great and comfortable experience especially as an international student. Thank you so much Rec and Western Driving Academy!

Worst ever substitute instructor at Huron! I feel cheated out of my money as he literally read from slides without explaining anything - absolutely horrible experience!!!

Took the in class part of driving school with Western Driving Academy. The instructor (McCormick) made sitting in one room for 6 hours less painful than it could have been. Overall a very good experience. Definitely feel like I learned a lot. Would recommend this school to anyone really. Can't wait to start my in car/simulator training.

Learned alot at WDA through both the taught class & the practical class. If you ever get Zafir Ahmed for your driving instructor, I think you will find yourself very lucky! For me, he was a exceptional, knowledgable instructor, and a caring teacher, and I owe my license to his good advice over many hours.

Overall a very good experience. Definitely feel like I learned a lot. Would recommend this school to anyone really. Can't wait to start my in car/simulator training.
