Rented one of the camper vans for a 3-day trip with my fiancé. Had an incredible experience. From a driving perspective, it was easy to drive and it felt like the truck is well maintained. With regards to the camper van aspect, it was extremely easy to use. We had absolutely zero camper van or RV experience previous to this, and we found it very easy to use (most things are controlled on a panel). However, the true 5-star rating comes from Han's customer service. Prior to departure, he was patient and answered all of our questions with clarity. Even during the trip, I called him to ask a few questions (such as how to empty the grey water and pop up the roof for the 2nd bed) and he clearly explained how to do it step by step. The website has a lot of videos showing how to use various tools in the van as well. Overall, we had a great trip thanks to Han's and his camper van, and we would happily recommend it to others!
