This driving school has instructors who sit on their phone while behind the wheel of a car! This person shouldn't even have a driving license themselves, let alone have the authority to teach others how to drive safely...

Worst training school. Their instructor Mr. Lally is fraudulent, we paid CAD 500 in total for 6 classes and on final day when I saw my wife driving she was good for nothing and failed in her road test...
Worst training school. Their instructor Mr. Lally is fraudulent, we paid CAD 500 in total for 6 classes and on final day when I saw my wife driving she was good for nothing and failed in her road test. This instructor never trained her about car braking, shoulder check or even lane change technique. He just made money, I think he feels like other people grow money on their trees. He should be fired from job if this company owner is responsible and fair. I am out of job and I had to borrow money to get this Training completed but this instructor Mr. Lally never cared about it and deliberately didn’t teach properly just because he can earn money again once she fails the test. Such people will never grow in life over all and I suggest everyone never trust this company.

THE WORST!!! DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR... My daughter purchased a complete online course and ten driving classes package in May because her driving test is scheduled for September. Unfortunately, their customer service it's the worst I've seen; she can't book her driving class, they make the booking for her and let her know the night before whenever they have a gap, and to make matters worst, the last three times, her instructor ( Kalya) has cancelled late the night before giving the lames excuses. We are concerned that she will not be ready or finish her classes by the time her test comes up. We are so disappointed with their services. Furthermore, we have tried to talk to management multiple times, but no one seems to care since the service has already been paid for; it's outside their priorities. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRIVING SCHOOL.

My instructor, Mr. Gurcharan Singh was the most knowledgeable & patient teacher you can ever get. Very good in explaining for a new driver and with his guidance I passed my G2 in the first attempt. Looking fwd to doing G with him too. Would always recommend this school and his name.

Had one lesson with this school though originally it was supposed to be several lessons. The instructor showed up late a few minutes but it was no big deal, however an apology would have been nice. The actual lesson was fairly good; the only criticism I'd have is that he was texting at times and not really concentrating on my driving. The real issues came when he kept rescheduling our next lessons the night before. The last time this happened it was implied that he would be at my place for 10, but when I texted him at 10 he told me he would come at 11. I called him, we got into an argument, and the lessons stopped there. Bottom line, the instructor should have been clearer on when he planned to come and made more effort to avoid having to push back the time of our lessons. Just with more respect on the part of the instructor it would have been a pretty good experience.
*Note to the owner- If you plan to threaten me with a lawyer like you did to the person who wrote another negative review, keep in mind that I have all the texts from your instructor saved on my phone.

they have NO customer service skills. i’ve been trying to get in contact with this place for about a week and my calls, as well as emails, have gone ignored. what way is that to run a business? i would never recommend this place - they’re clearly incompetent.
update: when they finally do get back in contact with me i’m being yelled at and spoken to with no respect lmfao. the man said “why are you calling you aren’t even a customer”. beautiful. amazing driving school. amazing instructors.

This school is best for new Immigrants and new drivers. I spoke with many driving schools for my lessons but everyone was so arrogant on phone as they don't care about customers. But Instructors here ...
This school is best for new Immigrants and new drivers. I spoke with many driving schools for my lessons but everyone was so arrogant on phone as they don't care about customers. But Instructors here in Able driving school are very polite and helpful, especially Mr. Gurushanran Ji, I never seen a polite person here in Canada particularly. He has in-depth knowledge and experience! I highly recommend this school!

Worst training school. Their instructor Mr. Lally is fraudulent, we paid CAD 500 in total for 6 classes and on final day when I saw my wife driving she was good for nothing and failed in her road test. THE WORST!!! DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR... My daughter purchased a complete online course and ten driving classes package in May because her driving test is scheduled for September. Had one lesson with this school though originally it was supposed to be several lessons. The instructor showed up late a few minutes but it was no big deal, however an apology would have been nice. This school is best for new Immigrants and new drivers. I spoke with many driving schools for my lessons but everyone was so arrogant on phone as they don't care about customers. But Instructors here in Able driving school are very polite and helpful, especially Mr. Gurushanran Ji, I never seen a polite person here in Canada particularly. He has in-depth knowledge and experience! I highly recommend this school!
