At 59 I changed my career path... Summer 2024 @ Centennial College in Scarborough I stepped into a Canada Pro Drivers classroom!! Manny visited our class a number of times to make sure things were running smoothly! He showed a keen interest in all of the students showing that he was invested in our success. He made a point of taking TIME with us if needed. I found Manny to be a positive example of "what can be" He opened my eyes to Possibilities I hadn't considered & he encouraged us all to be our best!!! He is a Gem! PAUL was my in car instructor & he was AMAZING! He was ALWAYS respectful,. He treated us as his peers. We worked as a team & we learned from each other !! He treated all questions as valid & taught with skill, SOUND knowledge & EPIC humour...AND paul listened!! Paul STILL TEACHES me (& listenes) now, over a year after I became a licensed instructor & secured full-time work!! I still reach out to Paul for moral support if i've had a tough lesson or even to Share my achievements with him. He's STILL there helping me understand things i need to revisit; we are ALWAYS learning as New situations arise that we never considered… Paul is a passionate teacher. He cares about the greatest Success of his students! ! He is an outstanding coach & cheerleader!! Paul is a friend & mentor & every day, I'm grateful to him. Because of CPD (And they're Outstanding wisdom in keeping my favourite mentor around) I started my career as a G2/G instructor with a HUGE leg-up by giving me a solid foundation. I have grown in leaps and bounds Over the last 14 months, but I wouldn't have been able to step into my first lesson without Canadian Pro Drivers behind me! Because of CPD (AND PAUL!!) i can say, "I am proud to be a driving instructor!! I did my driving instructor training with Paul, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mentor. He’s so supportive, patient, and really knows how to bring out the best in you. Paul explained everything clearly and always made me feel confident, even when I doubted myself. This review is for professional drivers driving school which is in north park drive brampton . Just mentioning it because the address that google maps is showing above my review is different . Worst instructor lady ever. So dominating and talks about different stuff while teaching and its very distracting, took extra money and I failed badly in G2 first attempt in Brampton and forced me to give the test in Brampton when passing ratio is quite less there and I told her but because she's so dominating, had no choice. Also, initially she mentioned the amount she asked for on the driving test date includes the class before the test and later on refused that she said so and took more money. Also during my classes with her ,she used to praise herself a lot and talk bad about other driving schools all the time and how useless they were. So a big tight slap on her face with this, I got my G today(first attempt) , went with Able driving school instructor to Guelph, charged less than her, got my G2 with this driving school as well (first attempt with them in November).
