I had an excellent experience during my truck training, and I am very grateful for the quality of instruction I received. The training was professional, well-organized, and extremely informative. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain everything clearly, making sure I fully understood both the theory and practical aspects of driving. Went to crossroads truck training and they far exceeded my expectations on preparing me for my D license road test. The instructors were patient and taught me many skills which helped me pass my MTO road test with very few errors. I would 100% reccomend enrolling in either their D/Z or A/Z driver course it pays off. Read Less

I must say that I'm quite satisfied with this school. I trained in Smiths Falls with Bruce and unfortunately fail the back up at MTO I needed more training. I got more training and passed. I have an upcoming road test with an employer and they (employer) asked for less then 30 days not being behind the wheel of a truck my bad I did not push the issue of finding a job my bad, so I called Crossroad for a refresher was schedule with Andre and got my refresher and again practice... my backing up so I won't look like an idiot tomorrow and if you make mistakes you are better off making mistakes at school with the instructor then with the employer. I must say that this school stands behind their students. 2 thumbs up Andre and Bruce and Kurt and Joe (I dealt with all these guys)they all care they are behind you and will help as much as they can until YOU call it quit because they won't quit on you. Highly recommendable school peeps who care not the one that we got your money your problem you are on your own bye. Awesome and very smart way to get your AZ licence. I had a lot of fun, my instructor (Bruce) was a very patient and professional instructor! I learned such an incredible amount, above and beyond what is required of them to teach you. I had more than enough drive time and felt confident in testing. From the office staff, to the in class training, to the actual training in the trucks, everybody at Crossroads was professional, encouraging and very patient. I needed a little bit of extra instruction to obtain my ACZ Driver's License, and they made it work. Just graduated the ACZ course. Passed the MTO test and now on my way to driving for a living. I learned enough to feel comfortable working as a professional driver. All the instructors were amazing, the 2 weeks of inclass lessons stayed entertaining because of the instructor. The 4 weeks driving were fun through the entire course. And the owner was helpful, understanding and accommodating to my scheduling issues. The reputation of the school is second to none, which I continually hear as I network with other drivers.
