I took my G1 written test last April and I’m glad it went smoothly. I also registered my new last name since I got married and they accepted my Ph Marriage Certificate. Not to mention, they acknowledged my driving experience in the Ph (I provided a license certification) which was very helpful for me to challenge a G road test. I passed everything and I’m very grateful to all the staffs from this center. I could barely remember their names but I think it was Omar who accommodated me in the counter and Karen who was my G road test examiner. All thanks to everyone who worked hard! May God bless you all!

As a women I feel bad writing the review but the female staff working here are hilarious and racist! They have zero knowledge about their job, on top of it they asked my husband (has 17 years of international G and M experience) to wait for a year for things to update in their system so one can go ahead with their license acceptance!
She rejected Indian driving license with valid government approved DL extract stating it is not valid (Govt issued with date of issue on it) and on top it stated she cannot share why it is rejected 😂 because she doesn't know, also took a magnifying glass to see the validity which she had 0 clue of!😂😂 This is my first time experiencing such level of racist behavior I hope they survive their job!
Earlier last year the petite lady wearing glasses rejected my driving acceptance for G exam twice, thank god for the man of colour working there who finally helped me with the process!

Great location for your road tests. It's fast, and the examiners are friendly, yet professional to keep you comfortable and confident to pass your tests.
Clean space with lots of seats while you wait...
Great location for your road tests. It's fast, and the examiners are friendly, yet professional to keep you comfortable and confident to pass your tests.
Clean space with lots of seats while you wait to be served.
Attendants are efficient and very helpful.
Tips for Road tests: Have enough practice, be confident. Arrive 30 mins before your scheduled appointment and park (reversed parking) behind the building in the reserved spots for road tests before checking in for your appointment.
Be confident, constantly scan your surroundings (move my head and make it obvious) and listen attentively for the examiner's instructions.

I had my G test yesterday and just wanted to thank Eric my instructor for making it less stressful. Going in I was very nervous and he made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Very professional and informative. My test was scheduled for 10:25am and I was completed by 10:40! When done, Eric told me I passed and to go back inside and wait for my name to be called. I think I waited less than 5 minutes. Thank you Eric for making this experience a little less stressful.

Service here is atrocious. Do you think they are forced to work here with no wages? If people are really so unhappy in their job that they end up treating the people that justify their livelihood, then management should really be held accountable for not stepping in and ensuring a higher standard of service be administered. Waited over 2h and half. Location is not very convenient, staff is nice. When i pass my G2 test I was very happy, just screaming and laughing and so they found the right opportunity and gave me a paper so I can review them and tell my experience. They definitely took advantage of my happiness, don't get fooled like me.

I have never seen such a poor service. Young people that arrive to take a road test are serviced with zero wait time between 8:30 and 9:30 .People that arrived at 8:30 have to wait to get a service at...
I have never seen such a poor service. Young people that arrive to take a road test are serviced with zero wait time between 8:30 and 9:30 .People that arrived at 8:30 have to wait to get a service at least an hour .Who cares if they are late to work .Who cares if the website says they are open at 8:30 .Who cares you arrived first? I wonder what the management thinks... Management? Do you hear me?

I was fine. Got there at 7:50 AM, mind you they open at 8:30.
Went for a G1 test, a breeze.
Toilet needs accessibility button to open, otherwise that fake sign is not fooling anybody.

Toilet needs accessibility button to open, otherwise that fake sign is not fooling anybody.
I said thank you every time (5) I walked away from the counter, never got a reply. Kind of surprised how I kept my cool.
Writing a test is hard when there are infants crying.

The girl at the front desk was very polite and helpful. My driving tester Miguel was very nice- his attitude was professional but he wasn't intimidating which really helps if you're already nervous. He was helpful with tips on how to improve my driving afterwards. Great experience.

I took my G1 written test last April and I’m glad it went smoothly. I also registered my new last name since I got married and they accepted my Ph Marriage Certificate. Not to mention, they acknowledged my driving experience in the Ph (I provided a license certification) which was very helpful for me to challenge a G road test. I passed everything and I’m very grateful to all the staffs from this center. I had my G test yesterday and just wanted to thank Eric my instructor for making it less stressful. Going in I was very nervous and he made the experience feel comfortable and relaxed.
