Marcelle was an absolutely incredible driving instructor, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She taught me all of my in-car lessons leading up to my G2 test, and thanks to her guidance, I passed on my very first try. From the start, she made everything so easy-especially scheduling. She was flexible, accommodating, and always willing to find times that worked well for me, which took a lot of stress out of the whole process. What really stood out, though, was her personality and teaching style. Marcelle is such a kind, patient, and genuinely lovely person. The initial red flag arose when it took multiple emails and calls to receive a response and schedule my driving lessons. Although the driving instructor was effective during the lessons themselves, there was a significant lack of communication regarding my progress. When I inquired about completing the remaining requirements for my G2 license after being informed of having one lesson left, I was initially disregarded. After following up, the instructor became defensive and placed blame on my circumstances for not learning all that was necessary. I had to clarify that I simply wanted to know what areas I still needed to cover and how to arrange additional lessons. Eventually, the instructor provided me with options, and we scheduled further lessons, beginning with the remaining lesson from my original package. However, my disappointment escalated when I received a text from the instructor at 10pm the night before my lesson, stating that I had no remaining lessons with the driving school and that I should transfer funds to their personal account to continue. Despite reaching out to the driving school regarding this issue, I received no response. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service and the lack of respect demonstrated throughout this experience. Read Less

It was really good. I had no experience with driving before I went to the school. I did 20 hrs of in-class training and 10 hrs of driving. I did the test once and I passed. I would definitely recommend this school. Read Less

Terrible experience. Zero customer service. I was told I live too far (Nepean) to have someone come to my home to pick me up for a lesson. One instructor would not take me for my G road test because if there were delays it would take up his whole morning, so too bad for me. Read Less

Worst worst worst customer service experience with a driving school. I would share what my lesson was like, but I didn't even get to book one after 2 weeks of trying to schedule with 2 different instructors. I live in Nepean, but I was told to have a lesson my home was too far, and I would have to meet the instructor somewhere closer. Further, they could not take me to my road test because if there were delays at the start of the test it would take their whole morning, despite this being a service offered on the website. The owners are the nicest people EVER it was an amazing experience! The driving instructor seemed like he really knew what he's doing and always had full control of situations and the in class part was my favorite. The teacher was always cheerful she's genuinely a kindhearted person anyone can get along with. Overall I learned a lot about driving defensive driving and gained a lot of skill in the two weekends. My G2 was about to expire and I needed some practice before doing the G test. I called this driving school and they were very polite. The instructor picked me up from my home and I could tell he was really passionate about his job. I recommend them because I passed my G, first try and I only had 1 session. He recommended a few things i follow and took me the route that the driving school takes for their exams. Read Less

The staff were very helpful and friendly, always tried to offer the most convenient service. The in car instructor Nedal knew what he was teaching unlike other instructors I had before, he helped me specifically with the three point turn and parallel parking. The in class teacher made the time fly by very fast- she made the material interesting and fun to learn. I recommend this school if your planing to learn driving and to lower your car insurance.
