My experience with TTCC was honestly extremely frustrating and disappointing overall. The biggest issue was the condition of the fleet and how unorganized everything seemed to be. My driving exam was canceled not once, not twice, but THREE separate times because of defective equipment and poorly maintained trucks/trailers. The first time, the clutch blew before we even made it to the drive test centre. The second time, they put me in a completely different truck that I had never driven before, and then the trailer spring brakes turned out to be defective, meaning I legally could not continue with the driving portion of the exam. Third time was somehow even worse. They gave me yet another truck I had never seen or driven before — this time a 10-speed single cab — and the brake lights were defective, which again prevented me from continuing the exam. At that point it just felt like a complete waste of my time. Between missed exams, constant rescheduling, taking time off work, and rearranging my schedule over and over, the whole experience became unnecessarily stressful. Training days were also rescheduled multiple times because other students were apparently being prioritized due to personal/daycare issues, which meant I had to constantly adjust my own schedule around it. That should not be the responsibility of other paying students. To make matters worse, even after completing the course and paying in full, it has now taken over a month just to receive my certificate. I’ve had to repeatedly call, email, and even drive to the main office in person with proof of payment, only to keep getting told “a few more days” or “next week.” The lack of communication and follow-through has been beyond frustrating. The only genuinely positive part of my experience was the online Zoom training portion. Dane Arcand was professional, knowledgeable, always on time, and provided exceptional instruction throughout that week. He was by far the highlight of the program. Recent graduate from the dz course at ttcc. Really not much good to say about the experience. Some of the instructors know what there doing, others have no business teaching. Choosing this company for your education is a complete gamble and if you are going to gamble thousands of dollars choosing this company here is what you can expect. You WILL be taught different things by different trainers which will lead you to doubt your ability come test time. You WILL have a majority of your classes reschedualed due to poor planning and vehicle maintenance because there fleet are comprised of old tired and abused vehicles. You WILL have to take your education into your own hands and take the time and energy to learn the material. They will provide the curriculum but they will all teach it differently so youll have to sort through it to find the truth. Be prepared to work for it. Also the admin is all over the place if you need something from them youll have to hound them to get it done. In my expirenece as well as what seems like a sea of others they aren't worth the hassle. I've heard much better things from crossroads. If you do happen to choose ttcc I recommend learning from joseph or jacob as they genuinely care about teaching and present the information in a clear and straightforward manner. Read Less

I went to the school in Ottawa where I received a very good training that allowed me to pass my tests and obtain my ACZ licence. This is a School where People DO CARE about students.
