Place is a joke. Went to do my knowledge test for a DZ. Called them 3 times asking what forms was needed, they only said a medical form plus an eye test. As soon as I get there; I’m being told I need a birth certificate or passport and three additional forms for residency in Ontario. Place is as useful as a submarine with a screen door.

Had a great experience, I went and got my g1 and it went good. Would recommend to go here for anyone looking to get a licence. Everyone was nice.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
The examiner was superb .
She gave the right instruction like an in board navigator.
So five stars goes to her .

I noticed that instructor who take my G2 is very friendly and polite,he gives me full confidence to give my G2 .and I passed my test with full confidence and safely. Thankyou Pembroke

I was just the full licensed person accompanying the G1 driver, so I can't comment on the examiners. Parking was just on the street, and with all the snow, it was somewhat limited. The location was...
I was just the full licensed person accompanying the G1 driver, so I can't comment on the examiners. Parking was just on the street, and with all the snow, it was somewhat limited. The location was not near anywhere that a person to go to wait, other than in the drive test building. The lady at the counter was so wonderful. I heard her greet people with enthusiasm and congratulate successful people
She has a great sense of humour, so my wait time didn't seem so bad. She made everyone in the building smile and laugh a little, no matter how nervous they were. I would highly recommend Pembroke drive test just because of her. As an added bonus, my G1 driver is now a G2 driver. (She said her examiner was clear with her instructions and professional)

One of the women there is fantastic however the other women can be super rude! Renfrew is so much better!
