Excellent course for my son's driving experience. Extremely thorough and added safety concerns are covered. He learned a lot and Robert his teacher connected well with him and assured him of his skills behind the wheel. Thanks YD and Thanks Robert. He passed with flying colours and I feel confident he is being safe on the roads.

My son had his mock test and returned home shaken and practically in tears. The instructor was rude, and his behavior was erratic. He was speaking nonsense and swearing. Asking inappropriate questions...
My son had his mock test and returned home shaken and practically in tears. The instructor was rude, and his behavior was erratic. He was speaking nonsense and swearing. Asking inappropriate questions about a girl who lives on our street. He answered a phone call during the evaluation and was angrily swearing at the person who called him. My son was fearful that the instructor was going to hit him or become violent. It shook his confidence in his driving. My son's whole experience with YD in Peterborough has been disappointing. This was just the icing on the cake!

I recently took the online and in-car course through Young Drivers. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get their G2. The online course was thorough, based on the many habits and sub-habits of driving. My instructor, Brent, was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable as he constantly worked to improve my ability and my confidence. The practice test beforehand and the use of the Young Drivers vehicle during the G2 test definitely helped as well.

My sister had a crash lesson with Nicole in Peterborough before her G test. She was not happy with the lesson. Nicole waisted time on explaining unimportant things like how to keep the car lights on e...
My sister had a crash lesson with Nicole in Peterborough before her G test. She was not happy with the lesson. Nicole waisted time on explaining unimportant things like how to keep the car lights on even during the daytime and 3 point turn which is usually not covered during the G test. She should have focused on more important things rather than waste so much time on these things. It was a waste of time and money ($180 for a 90 minute lesson in our own car).

Started with Brian, but later switched to Nicole. Nicole really helped me overcome my anxiety with driving, and I even got a 90 on my G2 test! I think their instructions will prove valuable as I continue to hone my driving. Would highly recommend :)

All of the teachers are so much fun! They are very approachable, and easy to talk to. Everybody is understanding and very friendly.

This is going to be a bit long but I am over the moon with my accomplishment and I literally could not have done it without Mike or John!

This is going to be a bit long but I am over the moon with my accomplishment and I literally could not have done it without Mike or John!
I originally had Mike before he left, he helped me pass my G2 & helped me towards my G test! I had NO confidence driving and on my first lesson I told Mike about my struggles, he was very understanding and we took things slow, after 10 lessons and I passed my G2 with an excellent score and I spent the entire summer driving back and forth to work and felt good about it. Once I was able to go for my G I continued with Mike and back in April I got in a car accident which shook up my confidence once again. I took another 10 lessons and once again we took things slow and Mike helped me get passed my fears and made me drive in the spots that made me nervous until I could drive in those spots without a second thought. In December Mike left and my G test was rebooked to January so I continued my last 2 lessons with John who was understanding and great for the nerves, it was great having a fresh set of eyes before my test to recognize and help me with my little bad habits! Ultimately I passed when it felt almost impossible at the beginning!
