He is an excellent instructor professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping his students succeed. From the very first lesson, he made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. He explains everything clearly, stays calm, and gives helpful feedback that makes it easy to improve. He focuses not only on passing the driving test but also on teaching safe driving habits that will stay with you for life. Thanks to his guidance, support, and encouragement, I passed my G2, and I couldn't be happier. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Even though they are MTO approved, YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME, YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY. Everything was fine until you sign up for their package; I chose their Gold Package which was $810. Once you complete the theory side, be prepared to chase them to get your in-car lessons (If you get them at all). Any time I called their office to ask about it, I was told to text my availability, and someone will reach out. Nobody does. Any time I texted the number that was provided to me, I got ghosted most of the time or was given excuses. After SIX WEEKS of them giving me the run around, I finally asked for my money back. That was another two weeks of chasing them via emails & calls…. numerous calls. It was only when my coworker, a man, called on behalf of me, that I was able to get somewhere with the refund (sexist much?). The refund is a joke. After all that I have been through, did not even get half of what I paid for back. When asked, we were told that is their “policy”. Other than a $100 non-refundable, there is no policy mentioned anywhere on the website. Oh, and they won't do the refund to your original method of payment, it’s a cheque! Another thing to note, their website states they offer flexible availability. But, if you're a working professional like me, you will be blamed for not being available to 'their' schedule …UNBELIEVABLE!!! If I could give this driving school 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, Google requires at least one star. I genuinely don't understand how this driving school has a 4.4-star rating based on my experience. It was one of the worst driving schools I've ever attended. My biggest concern was safety. The vehicle I was placed in had multiple warning lights illuminated, including a dashboard message indicating the vehicle needed to be taken to the dealer as soon as possible. When I asked if this was the same car I'd be using for my G road test, I was told not to worry because they use the car for many G tests. That response did not inspire confidence, especially when the vehicle itself was indicating that it needed immediate service. I was also given driving advice that I found unsafe. I was told that when driving on the highway I only needed to use the rearview mirror and not my side mirrors when changing lanes. This contradicts what is taught in defensive driving and what examiners expect during a road test. On top of that, the car would shut off after sitting at red lights for too long, which only added to my concerns about its condition. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this driving school. I expected professional instruction and a safe, well-maintained vehicle, but unfortunately, I received neither. If you're looking for a driving school that genuinely cares about its students and provides quality instruction, I had a much better experience with Xxaminer Driving School, and I would recommend looking into them instead ( also seeing so many positive reviews for Hadid genuinely makes me question whether other students received different instruction than I did.
