My son had a great instructor in class!! He said that he was very good at knowing what to answer to their questions. My son said that even though he was the type that goes along with your laughter, he is also very serious about what he does.

If you're gonna take a course here, make sure your teacher isn't john. I'm sitting in class right now, we have not had our mandatory breaks, we've sat here on our phones in silence for 40 minutes, he answers questions without facts,using his opinion and he lets the students mark their own tests.

I had a great instructor for both in and out of the car, and just great quality. I recommend to anyone who is wanting to learn how to drive.

Its a good school, the educational part of the course is good. But the driving portion is okay. They don't have enough drivers so its hard to get a spot for the driving portion.

Great class lessons with a good teacher. I got John in st.catharines. Learned tips and tricks that are not in a normal driving test help book. This course has definitely made me a lot more confident driving. I really don’t know what the other reviews are talking about. Had absolutely none of those issues. Even when setting it up over the phone everyone was very polite

Very rude call centre staff. Long wait times, and when you do finally speak to someone, they are very rude, abrupt, and poorly trained. I recommend taking a local course, from a company that has bet...
Very rude call centre staff. Long wait times, and when you do finally speak to someone, they are very rude, abrupt, and poorly trained. I recommend taking a local course, from a company that has better customer service, the same accreditations, and is cheaper.

They are way too expensive, more than twice the price of any other school and they don't refund you for lessons if the instructor is a no show

Great class lessons with a good teacher. I got John in st.catharines. Learned tips and tricks that are not in a normal driving test help book. Very rude call centre staff. Long wait times, and when you do finally speak to someone, they are very rude, abrupt, and poorly trained. I recommend taking a local course, from a company that has better customer service, the same accreditations, and is cheaper.
