I recently completed my D License with Dale as my instructor. Dale is a very focused, good natured and well prepared instructor. Her mannerisms of talking to you and finding a way forward to help you understand the concepts and methods prior to applying them are fantastic - and especially for those of us that are older learners. It took me some time to come around to doing things her at first, not out of resistance but rather because of trying to understand too much at once. In my opinion, the Sarnia location of OTDS is the best location hands down. From start to finish, the support, guidance, and patience I received were beyond anything I expected. I want to give a huge thank-you to the three Mikes, who were all incredibly supportive throughout my entire experience. Each of them played a role in helping me learn the essential skills needed to become a safe, confident, and competent driver. A special shoutout goes to Mike F—I can’t thank him enough for the time and effort he invested in helping me master my shifting and especially my backing. He broke everything down in a way that finally clicked for me and made all the difference in helping me succeed in acquiring my AZ. Both mike and mike 2.0 were amazing teachers they both took the time to show you how to do everything weather it was doing your schedule one to your driving and learning how to shift it did not matter what it was. They always took the time to show you how to do it properly so you could pass. They are both great instructors. I would recommend them totally I’d give both of them a 10 out of 10 great teachers and they are great at their job. They want to see you succeed.
