Even though we already had driving experience from abroad, he understood that driving in Ontario has its own rules, standards, and expectations. He took the time to guide us through the basics carefully and made sure we understood not just how to drive, but how to drive safely and confidently in the Ontario system. What I appreciated most was his progressive approach to teaching. He builds each lesson step by step, focusing on one skill at a time and helping his students improve with confidence. I recently finished my lessons at this driving school and was able to get my G2. The whole experience felt very supportive from start to finish. My instructor was patient and easy to talk to. Instructor was very unreliable. My wife called a month before to book a week of practice and he said okay then call again 2 weeks or a little bit closer to the dates of practice. My wife booked a week off for work and then time comes and he said he is not available in that week. what kind of person do that wasting peoples time and off to work don's say yes if you can't! then he said book a road test which we did. he didn't like the time of 10 AM which is after rush hour. he wants it 4:30 on a weekday. So stupid. A new driver taking a road test on a after rush hour? I can see he is very lazy. if he doesn't want to work just quit your job! Oh and he was pissed that I was being kinda rude and threatens me that "Oh I am aggressive as well" you should learn how to give proper services to your customers. Oh his name is LEO. Read Less

The instructor name Maggie is very rude. She needs to be patient with her students. She was ... I don't like this , I don't like that in a very rude manner. Am I paying you to like/unlike my driving ? I am paying you to get trained. She would make simple driving confusing. If I pass by a car, she would say don't be too close to the car. If I pass away from a car, she would say you are not in your lane. How can I be not too close to a car parked on the right side and same time in my lane? I have to be centred . She made me cry. She is a 70 plus woman who needs to retire. I wish I could give her 0 rating. Please do not choose instructor name Maggie or go for a driving school with good ratings. Read Less
