GIRLY LISTEN TO ME!!! Never take driving lessons with Billal. He's a nightmare, the worst instructor, unprofessional and disrespectful. I had 5 hours of private driving lessons with him, Billal demanded me to upgrade to the gold package. I refused and told him my boyfriend would be teaching me too. At first, he was quite calm, saying it was okay, but when I made a mistake, he yelled at me, "You shouldn't drive with your boyfriend, you'll kill him and ruin his car!! Poor guy."
Not only that, but he would be very inconsistent and inconsiderate with the lesson schedules. For instance, I booked two weeks in advance for a Family Day lesson, but he texted me the night before to reschedule. This behaviour also includes a time when I booked a week in advance for an 11AM lesson only to have him text me the SAME DAY of the lesson that he’s only available after 12PM. Finally, he delays a lesson by nearly an hour mere minutes before a lesson was supposed to start. No explanation, just an apathetic “up to you” when I said I may cancel. This is an UNACCEPTABLE level of service, especially for the price. I thought I was pretty tough, but no, Billal proved me wrong. I'm terrified every time I get in his car. He is always on his phone, making calls and sending texts while I am driving, which is dangerous and unprofessional.

I joined Arrowstar Driving School recently, and within a few lessons of driving I became a confident driver. My instructor, Bilal is very thorough, encouraging and knowledgeable. I got a great price for the Beginner Driver’s Education course and learned a lot from an experienced instructor. I highly recommend Arrowstar Driving School for anyone interested in obtaining their driver’s license. I will definitely be coming back!

My experience with Arrowstar Driving School has been great so far. Billal, my instructor has taught me to transition from a Singaporean driver to a Canadian one patiently. He definately knows what he is doing. I've passed my G2 and am looking forward to getting my G licence with Arrowstar Driving School!

Worst experience ever! I would never recommend this school to anyone! My instructor was constantly on the phone and when I brought it up he got very rude with me. The instructor spent about as much time on his cellphone as he did observing or commenting on my driving. Then he made me drive to his family's house and wait outside while he went there and talked to his relatives. I didn't bother calling them back to finish my lessons.

I joined Arrowstar Driving School recently, and within a few lessons of driving I became a confident driver. My instructor, Bilal is very thorough, encouraging and knowledgeable. I got a great price for the Beginner Driver’s Education course and learned a lot from an experienced instructor.
