Extremely knowledgeable, patient when teaching and explained the rules clearly in an easy manner in which I could not only understand but also comprehend what it was I was doing. Worked well with my schedule, even when I had to cancel my lessons multiple times. I appreciate his time and knowledge, which the key to my success in passing my G2.

Tony was great! He kept communication open throughout the entire process, always easy to reach and quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. He was also flexible with scheduling, which made fitting lessons into my busy routine easier. By the end of the BDE course and in car lessons I felt confident and well-prepared walking into my G2 test and passed on the first attempt.
Highly recommend, especially if you are hoping to ace your exam in a short period of time!

I just got 10 lessons with Tony at Pioneer Driver Education in Etobicoke to refresh driving after many years of not driving.
I had a very good experience with Tony. He is patient, knowledgeable and always giving good and helpful advice in different situation. I was not very confident when I started the lessons, but with Tony's teaching experience I got better every day.
Tony has a very long experience in this field and I would highly recommend him for driving lessons

Tony is a great instructor, with his classes I passed my G test with first try. He was truly patient, knowledgeable and experienced instructor. He accommodates as much as he can, provides good strategies, trains to be independent on the road, to use critical thinking when assessing situations, and of course to keep safety first in mind. I highly recommend him and his school.

Tony provided me with excellent driving instruction, always making himself available for different lesson times and displaying a very patient and thoughtful teaching approach. I was able to pass my G2 and G driving tests on my first attempt with flying colors thanks to Tony's great training. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking for an excellent driving instructor. Thank you Tony!

I had just moved and needed a driving instructor to help me with my G. Found Pioneer online and gave them a call. Even with my tight schedule Tony helped me and gave me the confidence that I needed to pass this test. He never waivered on my ability to pass and he taught me to believe in myself. We was patient, clam and knowledgeable. I put all my trust in him and he helped me pass! Thank you Tony!!!!!!!! You sir, are the best!

Excellent driving school, the teacher is well experienced and has been teaching for over 20 years. Very flexible with driving lessons and well informative with in-class sessions also. Truly made sitting in the driver's seat comfortable and stress-free. On top of that, the teacher made sure I learned everything I needed to know to be a well informed driver and pass my G2. Many driving schools are filled with uncomfortable road lessons and unreliable teachers, but I'll gladly give the credit to Pioneer Driving School for really ensuring I was ready to be a responsible driver. I'd reccommend to anyone aiming to get their G2.

Terrible school, will cancel classes with you at last second and if you're late by 3 minutes they will charge you $50 for a "cancelled lesson".
They also have "expired courses". What...?!

Go to Canadian Driving Academy. More professional, they ACTUALLY TEACH YOU, and they're more flexible and nice.
Plus, their Nissan Sentras are soooo nice to drive!

My instructor Riku booked my road test without confirming with me. He claims that he left me a voicemail, which I never received. When I called him to ask about booking my road test he informed me that he had already booked by road test and assumed that since I did not call him back I was able to take the G2 test. As a result, I have to pay again for this test because I was unaware that he had scheduled it. He did not admit that this was his fault.

I used Pioneer back in 2009 when I got my G2....and in May 2014 when it almost expired! Both times I passed, with no small effort from Tony. I've used Young Drivers and CAA but I found both way too "uptight". Tony is much more relaxed, teaches you the rules but doesn't feel condescending. This man legitimately wants you to pass. He was also much more affordable than the other guys, which makes sense given his car is older/running is own operation. Lessons were easy to book, didn't have problems doing weekends or after work on weekdays. I seriously can't recommend the guy enough, I referred three of my friends and all passed on their first try. They echoed my comments on how he was just more chill, which made them more relaxed during the test. If you need someone who is more structured and "military" style (which some people do legit need), this is not your place. If you just want to learn the ropes from a guy who's seen it all, use Tony.

Tony was great! He kept communication open throughout the entire process, always easy to reach and quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. He was also flexible with scheduling, which made fitting lessons into my busy routine easier. I had a very good experience with Tony. He is patient, knowledgeable and always giving good and helpful advice in different situation. I was not very confident when I started the lessons, but with Tony's teaching experience I got better every day.

My instructor Riku booked my road test without confirming with me. He claims that he left me a voicemail, which I never received. When I called him to ask about booking my road test he informed me that he had already booked by road test and assumed that since I did not call him back I was able to take the G2 test. I've used Young Drivers and CAA but I found both way too "uptight". Tony is much more relaxed, teaches you the rules but doesn't feel condescending. This man legitimately wants you to pass.
