Terrible do not recommend at all the people just want you’re money from the desk people the teacher to the instructors they don’t teach you anything just a waste of time and 1200+ stay away from Tony’s driving school I promise you will not be satisfied

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. They are roaches and scammers.
The worst experience ever! I reported my experience to 311 and MTO. 311 called them and they claimed they didn’t know, which was not true as I reached out to them first when the incident happened. My instructor Lado engaged me in a road rage when I was practicing on highway near yorkdale area, and at that time I still didn’t know how to drive on highway as I only had my G2. It was dangerous and unprofessional. Remember to report to 311 whenever any unfair and unsafe situation happens.

I will like to make a complaint on this driving school for canceling my G road test that was meant for today June 16, 2025 at 9.29am without my consent or informing me of the changes made.
I got to downsview driving center where my test was booked to find out it was canceled the driving school (Tony Driving School at 363 Oakwood Ave Toronto Ontario M6E2W1) on June 12, 2025 without my consent or informing me of the changes. I called the driving school only to be told by the instructor ( Aziz) it was his responsibility to cancel my test date without seeking my approval because I stopped taking lessons from them to another school. I was not treated well or any apologies were rendered to me for the money wasted in getting another instructor paid for the car and instructor who took me to the center for the test.
I will like strict actions to be taken for breach of contract and violation of consumer protection law for canceling my test without my consent and not been informed after canceling the test.
They are not what you think they are. They make money from their students. Worst experience ever.

Best driving school around by far! If you live in the area most likely learned to drive from the school. Amazing teachers customers service and instructors made learning and attaining my drivers license easy and fast. No complaints, they work with your schedule and are patient while pushing for what's best!

I had the best experience at Tony’s Driving School!! I did the in class and also did in car lessons and honestly, where do I even start?! Antonella at the front desk is so kind and efficient, she makes walking into the school such a warm experience. Remo is also a kind and passionate teacher that makes class a fun and engaging experience, you can really tell he cares about what he’s teaching. I then had Lado as my driving instructor and he is very detail oriented and precise in the way he teaches you & pushes you just enough so you become a better driver. I started off as someone with zero experience & was scared to even be behind the wheel, but in just a couple of lessons, I was ready to take my G2 test and passed on my first try!! I can’t say enough of how great my experience was at this school & I would highly recommend this place if you’re thinking of getting into driving school!

The receptionist Antonella is super sweet, and very efficient. Coming from a bad experience at All Star, I switched to Tony's looking for a better experience, which I got. I signed up for 5 lessons and had Priti as my instructor, and she was wonderful. She teaches very well and isn't too controlling. My past instructor was heavy footed on his break, and kept grabbing the wheel. It reached a point where I did not put the foot on the break and the car stopped because he did. I started my lessons with her, and after 1 lesson she said I could book my G2. Went to the office, and they booked it right on the spot. If you're considering going here for your G or G2 you're making a great choice.

Terrible experience. They wouldn't even give me my certificate and tried to make me pay again. They're a scam and just want money. Complete waste of money and time

The worst experience ever! I reported my experience to 311 and MTO. 311 called them and they claimed they didn’t know, which was not true as I reached out to them first when the incident happened. I had the best experience at Tony’s Driving School!! I did the in class and also did in car lessons and honestly, where do I even start?! Antonella at the front desk is so kind and efficient, she makes walking into the school such a warm experience. Remo is also a kind and passionate teacher that makes class a fun and engaging experience, you can really tell he cares about what he’s teaching. I then had Lado as my driving instructor and he is very detail oriented and precise in the way he teaches you & pushes you just enough so you become a better driver. I started off as someone with zero experience & was scared to even be behind the wheel, but in just a couple of lessons, I was ready to take my G2 test and passed on my first try!! I can’t say enough of how great my experience was at this school & I would highly recommend this place if you’re thinking of getting into driving school!

The receptionist Antonella is super sweet, and very efficient. Coming from a bad experience at All Star, I switched to Tony's looking for a better experience, which I got. I signed up for 5 lessons and had Priti as my instructor, and she was wonderful. She teaches very well and isn't too controlling.
