Peter taught me everything I need for driving well on the test, but also real life. Giving me a ton of different scenarios at which I became a master. I passed my g2 test in the first try with extreme ease, highly recommend.

My instructor Ike was very friendly and helped me a lot with my lessons. He was good to talk to and taught me a lot. Customer service was easy and helpful too.

I had a great experience with these lessons, largely because of my instructor Ike. He was patient, supportive, and genuinely easy to learn from. I started out extremely nervous behind the wheel, barely comfortable driving at super slow speeds but by the end I felt confident and calm driving at normal speeds. Ike explained things clearly and never made me feel rushed or judged. I’d strongly recommend these classes to anyone learning to drive, especially if you’re able to work with him.

I had Peter as my driving instructor. Always calm, cool and collected, he helped me grow from a first time terrible driver to someone who was able to pass my G2 test on my first try. He’s very understanding of common driving mistakes while also being very stern on how to correct them and how to improve overall. He also made the lessons very fun; telling stories and pointing out the faults in the other drivers on the road as to teach what not to do in certain situations.
I highly recommend him as your instructor.

Peter Huynh was my instructor for the in-car lessons and being able to practice with him was absolutely worth the cost premium associated with the G2 package at YD. Peter was always firm but kind in correcting my mistakes and also gave great tips on how to be a proactive driver and make good decisions on the road.
If you have driving anxiety or are worried about your lack of driving experience, I would definitely recommend requesting Peter as he was always very understanding of everyone's situation. From day one, he reassured me that everyone learned at a different pace, and he will meet you where you're at (e.g. if you have NO access to a vehicle outside of lessons).
Thanks to him, I was able to pass my G2 without additional lessons and look forward to practicing with Peter for my G license in the future :)

I learned after my course was done that any other YD locations outside Toronto charge 30%-50% less than any Toronto location.
I liked the teachers but they are no better than other locations.

Matt Snowball is one of the most patient teachers I have had the joy to have. He was very good at showing me things and he taught me defensive driving very well. He is very nice and good humoured as well as being very calm, all vital attributes in a driving instructor. He explains the rules well and makes sure that the students gets it. A really amazing experience.

I had a great experience with Angelo. He is extremely knowledgeable and his instructors are top notch! I totally recommend this place - they ROCK!!!
