Very disappointing experience. The school keeps accepting many students even though they do not have enough instructors or road test availability. I started this process in July. I originally was dealing with Kacey in Peterborough ontario. Because of what I felt to be a terrible lack of communication between Kacey and Serko/drive test. I switched to Oshawa. I was unsuccessful first time around, no big deal. Re booked at drive test centre and paid for another hour and a truck rental for 380$. Ok. I was due to test again sep 2. Now Kacey tells me my vision test needed to be updated a few days before my test ! Strange that I was able to get behind a wheel but Ok. I go to drive test Monday was told it was good and valid. Was told no still no good. I dod TWO commercial vision tests and confirmed with ptb. Drive test and Toronto where I did my vision test that I was good to go. NOPE some how someway the communication is SO BAD at ptb and drive test I ultimately asked to be switched to a more competent location and tried Oshawa. I was told originally when I first spoke with Oshawa rep I could get testing mid Sept. I was then told now it's "sometime" in October. Maybe I'll get my refund sometime in Feb 2026. If you have the option shop around and stay AWAY. Bottom line, the instructors missed a portion of the road training. The communication is extremely underwhelming and aggravating to the point I'm leaving this school after paying the course and no license upgrade. This locations will say they have no record of me training there. That is technically true, because i never even made it that far before I decided to go with another school. Look at the reviews for Peterborough location, they tried to say the same thing initially. I never trained there... I provided a screen grab of a receipt of training day completion...
