I’ve never felt so scam doing some thing through the government in my life, 91$ to go on a driving course with no speed signs until 3/4 through and before that they’ll get mad because you’re just supposed to magically know The speed limit of the street when you touch it. Then I was asked to come to a complete stop, I come to a complete stop then told I didn’t so I went back and showed her the video of me doing that and still got failed. Then they expect you to give them another $91 to try again on the mystery Road where they don’t know the difference between right or left. Funded by our government thanks for you’re great work!

Absolutely appauled at the behaviour of the staff at this location. My partner, who holds a drivers lisence in the EU, was required to take a driving test to switch to a Canadian lisence. He has been driving for 14 years with not so much as a speeding ticket. He has failed his test twice, the first time, the woman gave feedback that was incorrect (and illegal) by telling him to go into a right lane on a left hand turn when he (correctly) turned into the left lane. He was also informed he drove 4km/h under the speed limit, and then stopped in the road for pedestrians (she informed him he should have stopped sooner, despite them coming out from behind a car) which she told him was ultimately why he failed. The second time, he was yelled at because the examiner believed he didn't have enough room to get around a vehicle when pulling out after paralel parking, and was ultimately failed for not shoulder checking enough. I was not in the vehicle so I can't testify to this, but she told him "we actually have laws in this country" when he asked for feedback and was simply told he had "very bad habits". I fail to understand how someone with a 14 year clean driving record, no speeding tickets, no traffic violations, and has driven in multiple countries in Europe, can have such trouble passing a driving test, and the feedback provided does not make sense. Even if he deserved the fail, to speak to someone that way is absolutely unacceptable. Reading through other reviews, there seems to be a systemic problem here, and that is exasperated when the testee is a foreigner. If you are able, save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.

Didnt pass my g2 since i made a few mistakes. The examiner was so amazing, super nice and kind, sadly i never caught her name but she was absolutly amazing. This drivetest is 1000x better then the brantford one. 10/10 i would recommend.

I recently gave my road test at the Woodstock DriveTest Centre and had a very positive experience. The examiner was calm, professional, and gave clear instructions throughout the test. She made me feel comfortable and less nervous, which really helped me focus. I truly appreciate the fair evaluation and respectful behavior. Thank you for a great experience!

Staff was very rude and anti-social. The old bald guy who does the drive tests is especially bad, he provided no input or advice for my next test and couldn't even be bothered to call me by my name. Needless to say he's not my "buddy".

The worst service staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Vile, rude, incompetent employees that treat others like they're below them and are idiots for asking questions. I've never met anyone more disrespectful.
I'd rather lose my license than have to come back to this particular location and deal with these donkeys.

Terrible place failed me only on one question go to Kitchener better place there. The examiner said I failed a left turn because I couldent see past a snow bank and if I went any further would've hit a car then she says "keep going" she said I did good then at the end told me I failed" bunch of losers at the Woodstock peel st plaza. Don't go there I recommend you go to London or even Kitchener they passed me right away I was blessed.

Michelle at the counter and Saira the examiner were outstanding. They exceed the standard of service by being friendly and taking the time to answer questions and give recommendations. Their style should be replicated over other test centres where employees apparently lost their humanity and compassion towards other human beings.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Needs an undercover auditor to look at all the shady business conducted here. Save your time and go to tilsonburg, they are much more qualified.

We drove from london. .the lady with short hair she look like a man skinny and old she is so agrasf and rood with people she refused us to do the road test cos the glasses not with us we tolled her to go back home and get it she said no appointment today and refused to give us extentions time for my drive license cos it well expired net week I think she not belong there to work she doesn't know what she is doing so we back to london the same day and evry things went perfect. ..don't go there bad sevice and staff. .the should close this location. .

Terrible, go to Tillsonburg instead. Got a ticket and sat there for a while. Then finally comes our turn and the lady rejects my cousin for G1 written test even though there was a good 40 minutes till close. Told us we had to come before 4 in order to be allowed to do it. Note that she let someone else in majority do the written right before us and multiple after 4pm. Lady was rude and ignorant, acting like we know nothing, like no I've done my test 20 minutes before close in the GTA. Stop giving out tickets if you can't accommodate, waste of everyone's time. Don't understand how this location is even open after how people are treated, what a disgrace.

I went there, recieved a ticket, waited over an hour to be called to the front where they asked me what ID I had afterwards and said they needed a different piece I didn't have present. Instead of ask...
I went there, recieved a ticket, waited over an hour to be called to the front where they asked me what ID I had afterwards and said they needed a different piece I didn't have present. Instead of asking when it was empty and going through payment before I was seated with a ticket. Waste of time, incompetent people working at the desk.
