We can never get an appointment, and when we do have a lesson, the instructor cancels at the last minute. We're forced to extend my son's contract at a cost of $170, but there's no availability until ...
We can never get an appointment, and when we do have a lesson, the instructor cancels at the last minute. We're forced to extend my son's contract at a cost of $170, but there's no availability until mid-July, and after that, the schedule isn't open. My son can't seem to get his license. And to top it off, when you point out that we can't get an appointment and that he's the one who has to pay... she tells you it's the same for everyone... Truly the worst customer experience; I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.
