I recently had a problem with my account and the final sessions that j had scheduled got cancelled. And when the problem got fixed, a new problem came up and that was that there were no more classes for months, all of them were booked. But an employee here named Anita did everything she could to get me a class scheduled. She spent like an hour going through multiple problems and she did it for me. So dear Tecnic, give her a huge raise because she deserves it. Ws for Anita

I had a really disappointing experience with an instructor named Nabil. His teaching style was unprofessional and honestly made learning more stressful than it needed to be. Instead of explaining things clearly and helping build confidence, he came off as disrespectful and impatient.
As a student, you expect guidance, support, and basic respect—none of which I felt during my time with him. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for a positive learning environment. There are definitely better instructors out there who actually care about their students.

My son is attending Tecnic Access Driving School in Beaconsfield, and we recently ran into a technical issue online. I want to specifically recognize Christine Lapointe, who handled the situation quickly and professionally. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and resolved the issue without any hassle.
Great customer service and highly recommend based on our experience.

Today I had a fantastic experience with the driving school! Everyone there was incredibly supportive. I especially want to mention Anita and Rayyan at the counter, who went above and beyond to help me sort out a few last-minute issues before my exam. The whole team across the branches in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and in Beaconsfield was so helpful. They all worked together to make sure I had the things I needed and felt totally ready. Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, I’m all set for my test tomorrow!

I wish to extend my thanks to the Access staff, but specially dedicate my succes to Billy, without him, it would not have been possible. His instructions, patience and guidance gave way to a contructive learning process. 2 days of learning with Billy changed my whole concept of driving. Yes, what seemed impossible till last week, it became a triumph today on 1st round.

Access's staff was friendly and professional. I liked that i could use their multiple locations, to fit to my schedule. They helped me pass the theory and road test first time round. Thanks guys!

Great school with an amazing staff! I was scared to start the long process to get a driving liscence because I had so many unanswered questions but the receptionist really went out of his way to explain every step of the process and how everything works. Never seen customer service like this! Can't wait to start my first lesson!

I recently had a problem with my account and the final sessions that j had scheduled got cancelled. And when the problem got fixed, a new problem came up and that was that there were no more classes for months, all of them were booked. I had a really disappointing experience with an instructor named Nabil. His teaching style was unprofessional and honestly made learning more stressful than it needed to be. Instead of explaining things clearly and helping build confidence, he came off as disrespectful and impatient.
As a student, you expect guidance, support, and basic respect—none of which I felt during my time with him. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone looking for a positive learning environment. There are definitely better instructors out there who actually care about their students.

Today I had a fantastic experience with the driving school! Everyone there was incredibly supportive. I especially want to mention Anita and Rayyan at the counter, who went above and beyond to help me sort out a few last-minute issues before my exam. Great school with an amazing staff! I was scared to start the long process to get a driving liscence because I had so many unanswered questions but the receptionist really went out of his way to explain every step of the process and how everything works.
